my experience is great because i am speaking with Sierra Brown who made my day. I was having difficulties with others and Sierra step in and she is a very good customer service. She aim to please.

I booked a flight at $206 since yesterday 9/11/2024 and there was no confirmation sent until today 9/12/2024 and then I got a call and different they were suggesting that they wanted to approve a new price which was almost double of the initial fee, I was completely lost and regretted why I did this booking at first. The customer care representatives said about an additional $150 to the $206 isn’t too much for me to get the full comfort. I didn’t request for anything that brings additional service and but they kept saying if I don’t do it, I’ll loose the initial $206 and that they don’t want that to happen. They kept calling me with a number and it dawn on me that it appeared as ‘likely scam’ on my phone. As an international student who wants to save like I have done on previously booked flights for trips, this is the first time I have experienced being scammed for flight booking. I asked the customer care why the site is still operating when they intentionally would mention another amount to the person eventually different from what’s showing on their site. This is so frustrating and depressing right now and it got my presentation ruined this morning and I had to explained that I am psychologically down as a result of the flight booking I made. The customer service wasn’t helpful too from sierra and Jonathan Cooper. They both told me that the additional charges is something I should be able to afford and they said this additional service will get me a seat and carry-on and hands on luggage but it on the ticket and I don’t have to check-in since they will handle that. Out of frustration, I told them to proceed and realized that that there’s not seat number on the confirmation ticket and that made me doubt the authenticity of the service. I’m very very disappointed and It felt like I’m being scammed and I just want a refund. I’m no more interested in booking through the agency.

I have to admit, after I had already booked flight then read reviews, that I thought this was all a scam. They informed me I could have no carry on and I needed it for a five day trip. I was informed another flight, at a higher cost, could be found so I could have my luggage travel with me. Bait and switch? No, not really. A flight was still provided to me that was over $300 cheaper than if I was to go through the airline. I payed $830 for my round trip tickets, when I was looking at $1100-1200 easily.
