Great service quick delivery

Shearling slippers - I got in touch with customer service as I was unhappy that my slippers had bald patches after just over 2 months of wear. The response was - normal wear and tear. I paid over £100 for these slippers and they have bald patches and look unsightly. Not impressed.

My havianas did not arrive unfortunately. I waited over a week and contacted the company. A very nice man called me and sent some new ones out straight away. Communication was quick and professional. I do think it was the courier company that was the problem not the flip flop shop. Overall resolved quickly. Thank you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a pair of sandals as a present for someone, the item got delivered this morning in a box that had been absolutely battered and was barely resembling a box at this point and upon opening, I discovered that I had only been sent ONE sandal! Upon writing to the company I was apologised to and informed that he had the other one there and could sendsandal and sends it out. Really frustrated as this was meant to be a present for someone and I’m unlikely to be able to sort it out in time now. Unless your a fan of being sent single shoes, I’d steer clear of this company

I have been trying to reach their store for over a week both by emails and leaving messages and no one has responded to me... I am trying to reach them to ask about their return policy. Not impressed with their customer service. Wondering if I should bother waiting to hear from them or order from someone else.

I really can’t fault it. I ordered a pair of Blowfish sandals at a great price and must admit reading the reviews had me a nervous wreck! But they arrived really quickly, and they’re beautiful sandals. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Brought some flip flops incorrect sizing so had to return
Get £6.99 taken off return postage plus the postage when i puchased them taken off my refund
In total i paid £34 for the flipflops which were incorrectly sized to receive £23 refund
Disgusting service will never be using again complete con artists

I brought flip flops which I needed to return because they were too big. I was going to order more until I realised they’d deducted £4.99 for a prepaid label to return them. I therefore won’t be using them again

Very bad 2-3 days delivery is a a big lie after 10 days and I called and email them they send me the refund instead of apology.i’ll never buy even they are the last shop 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Two pairs of sandals we bought (one for me one for my son) broke quite quickly. The first pair was within a day of purchase and I sent them back as requested by flipflopshop but they then didn't refund me or email me. After chasing for a month (their phone number doesn't take you through to anyone, it just says email them, but they don't respond to their emails), I eventually posted a negative review on their own website (which incidentally they haven't published) and they then refunded me. I have had no apology though for the poor customer service and they haven't replied to my emails for the second pair of sandals. I never leave reviews but felt this is an exception worthy of warning others of flipflopshops poor practice.

Order arrived with NO packing slip or returns information.

Unfortunately the flip-flops were too tight. Decided to return only to discover there's only a 14 day return period and I'd missed it.

I didn't see the returns information when purchasing and crucially definitely NOT included in the parcel.
As most shops offer 28 days I feel this shorter period needs to be highlighted clearly in the parcel.

Emailed customer service but no answer about why there was no packing slip and no refund.

I feel misled and do not recommend this company.

These sandals fit really well and are so comfortable. They feel as if I have had them for ages, not at all like brand new shoes usually do.

Order arrived in poor condition. Dirty, dusty and look like they have been either worn already or thrown around in a dirty warehouse. Send numerous emails to customer service to which I am still awaiting reply. No returns slip or any option online on returns policy apart from the email that they do not reply to. Do not waste your money and go elsewhere!
