Great app, great team, great support

New customer with our boat charter company since an year now, we enjoy using Floatist, as our customers do. The support is also great, and the team keep improving the app, with very smart improvements. Very confident regarding Floatist future in this industry!

My family and I had an issue during our charter, and thanks to the Floatist app, it was resolved quickly and without any discussion with the charter company. Everything is very transparent, and using the system guarantees a great experience!

Amazing charter check-in system for staff & guests

Since the beginning of season 2023 we have been using Floatist and for us it has been an eyeopener for our staff and guests. We are very happy with the great customer support of the Floatist team, always thinking proactively towards our situation and providing the right solutions.

We used Floatist on our charter with…

We used Floatist on our charter with Cata Sailing and we were astonished, this was the coolest check-in experience ever!! It was also helpful during our holiday when we needed to know certain things on the boat worked again. Highly recommend!

Excellent, absolutely recommend

We have been using Floatist since the beginning of last season and it has significantly increased our insight in the business, as well as allowed timely and transparent flow of information within the team and towards our clients.

Best check in app ever!

The application is very fast and familiar to clients but same time very easy to use for charter company! The best part is how fast the app is, without any bugs! But the most important is the response from the team of Floatist!
