Très mauvais service client. Ils ne savent que vous faire perdre du temps et ne sont vraiment pas du tout efficace, à fuir.

To be honest I expected this to be a bit faster. It takes a month to see some results but they're definitely offering genuine followers!

UPDATE: Flock Social replying to my review exactly 13 months after I wrote it - that's everything you every wanted to know about them. I signed up for Flock Social because I got an email from the founder of Jarvee recommending Flock, and I only had the best experience with Jarvee - until they recommended Flock. I signed up for the $99/month plan that comes with the guarantee of 1000 followers monthly. The first thing I noticed is the targeting filters don't work, I asked support what's going on, why did Flock repeatedly get me to follow accounts that are following 6k+ accounts, when I specified in the filter 2k max? "Oh, a couple of accounts here and there might trickle through". Seriously? It's a bot, it does exactly what it's been configured to do, things don't "trickle through". A couple of weeks later - at this point I see my Instagram following and unfollowing, and as expected some accounts are following me back - but very few, like 5-10 a day. Then suddenly WHOOOSH! - about 100 accounts follow mine within 36 hours. Cause for joy? Not exactly. See, every single one of these is a business account (interestingly a ton of musicians and artists), needless to mention no way any of these would ever choose to follow my Instagram of their own free will, really not my target audience. I ask support - very politely - guys, where did these accounts come from? (accounts that look exactly like Flock's perfect customers... Wait... almost as if Flock gets their customers' accounts to follow... each other?) I get 3 different lies from 3 different support staff: 1. "We only follow/unfollow, we do absolutely nothing else, these are the followers of your target accounts!"(when this happened, Flock has been unfollowing only for a couple of days prior to that; also, my Instagram never followed any of these). 2. "Oh, Instagram algorithm must really favor you now, they have been recommending you to more users, treat it as a nice surprise!" (I hadn't posted anything in a few days and had a crazy low reach on my last few posts). 3. "Since our service provides exposure and outreach to our clients, your Instagram profile was simply recommended to more users along with our activity via the targeting system." (Couldn't possibly be more vague; also, I thought you said you only follow/unfollow?) 21 days later: I had the total of 257 new followers on a plan that guaranteed 1000/month (most of my new followers were NOT from following of my target accounts, read: fake followers, Flock's other "customers"), it's now crystal clear that the whole dashboard serves a purely decorative function, not just the targeting filters - just to please and fool the "customers", and (drum roll!) my Instagram account gets banned due to "unusual activity". At this point I had it with the support's lying, denying, and then lying some more, and politely asked for the full refund. I promptly received a reply that Flock does not issue refunds. I wrote another email saying that I am more than happy to share my full experience on Trust Pilot and on all 3 (!!!) of Flock's BBB accounts. The refund was issued within minutes. Scamming isn't so easy in the 21st century, is it?! These lying, deceiving, arrogant scammers should not get anyone's money. As far as Instagram growth goes, there just is no way around advertising. If you do it right, it will not cost much, and you for sure won't risk losing your account.

P.S. Your "service" has already wasted 3 weeks of my time AND got my Instagram banned. Don't pretend you don't have all the info - this review, plus all the emails between me and support, plus the log of Flock's "interactions" on my account. You had no trouble identifying me (same email, same name on Trust Pilot and on Flock) and emailing me right after I posted this review - asking to schedule a Zoom call so I can provide more information?!? The nerve on you people - it's beyond words.

they guarantee 1000 followers a month with some plans and its TOTAL BS

I've used Instagram growth tools for years (previously used Jarvee). Well... Flock Social is not the answer. I was blocked by Instagram the first day that Flock Social got connected and hooked up.

They are not able to provide the service due to some problem with their software so we basically have payed to obtain nothing, at a certain point they started to add random people to our followers (those people don’t came from bot actions) ruining our engagement rate. Stay away from those scammers.

Specialists in running your Credit Card, to the second… Was just told, they don’t offer refunds for their inability to satisfy their guarantee! Will see!! If you are looking for fast great excuses, no return calls, technical problems 4x and 8% of what they say they will do than Flock Social is the Company for you!

So they do what they claim but they only Follow/Unfollow. Im in a weird situation because I need to focus more on engaging the followers I already have so I'm going to have to pass on them for a while. But as far as IG automation goes this company is one of the very few choices you have.

Organic followers, highly recomended

I don’t see too much change to my follower number. Hope to get more. I’m almost at the end of first month so I’ll give it more time. On the plus size, everything runs smoothly.

Really nice so far. I noticed there are no suspicious behavior notices, which is a good indicator. I didn’t get crazy good results, but at least it works and you can notice some progress. Hopefully, it gets better after a while

I really like the quality of the followers I get with Flock Social. Not too much in the beginning but you get more followers over time and all real, no fake.

You have no idea how many services I've tried since late 2019, I almost got my account banned. I was getting ready for another disappointment but instead I got the only service that managed to promote my IG without any issues. So far they've been delivering great results, planning to stay with them for another few months at least

I checked these guys out because a friend who's a huge social media nerd recommended them. I decided to give it a shot and was pleasantly surprised, started getting followers straight away, even made some new friends. It's nothing too crazy but I still got a lot more than what I was expecting. The staff is super nice as well (hey Sean!). I just wish the dashboard had more features, but I can't complain.
