I was a bit nervous as never ordered internationally before and wanted these to be gorgeous - they were! The receiver was very happy and so was I - will definitely use again.

I have ordered from Floom multiple times in both the UK and also the US. The service Floom provides is such an awesome idea. They choose the most beautiful bouquets from all different florists and then you can easily see what is available for both same day and weekly delivery in the area you are sending. Rather than having to find and then search through multiple flower shops in an unfamiliar area they do allthe work for you. Plus they have great taste and there are price points for all sorts of budgets. A super time saver. Because of the ease of service and great choice I have even used it in areas I know well just because of the gorgeous curation and and super selection of bouquets Floom features. Only wish Floom was available in even more locals, how about France you guys ?

Lovely flowers, delivered on time!

I was able to get a beautiful, tasteful bouquet for a very reasonable price. The bouquet arrived the next day before 6pm, just as promised. My Mom loved it.

The delivery was early but the driver manage to get in touch and deliver the flower to the recipient at a different address. Really appreciate the effort.

This website and company is a scam! My mum ordered flowers for us that never arrived. Their customer service never called me back, then the next customer service person hung up, the chat bot was useless. Then we get an email saying the florist is unable to deliver to the area. My mum was in tears. We just hope she gets a refund.

Beautiful flowers, arrived on time and match the picture well

I am based in NZ and have tried to order flowers from other floristry websites in the UK without much luck. Floom was really easy to use, the website was easy to navigate and the person who received the flowers adores them :) thank you for letting me be able to show support to people who have recently lost a loved one, all the way from the other side of the world!

Orchids arrived next day as requested and in very good condition. They were a 90th birthday present for a close family friend whose late husband in retirement had built his own orchidarium in Essex after they had both spent many years working and travelling in the Far East. Her verdict was “gorgeous repeat gorgeous”! The web site was user friendly too.

I ordered the flowers in Toronto and my daughter-in-law received them in California. She raved about them! Not an arts-and-crafts person, she is even going to try to dry some of them! She was very pleased, and so am I.

I ordered some flowers and they were delayed one day. I was advised at 6pm so I could not manage to sort out the problem. It was for an anniversary
