I live in Maryland, USA and my daughter lives near Manchester in England. When I want to send her flowers I go right to Floom. The choices are great and the flowers arrive beautifully and right on time.

Great service. The local florist always make beautiful bouquets. I've used it multiple times for work related demands and they've all be amazing. Delivery is always on time.

The order arrived to my mom's house in perfect condition. I ordered online and was able to get last minute same day delivery. Floom was fabulous from order, to arrangement, to delivery. I will definitely order again. The flowers ended up lasting for 3 weeks! They must have been fresh picked when delivered.

Excellent selection and I really appreciate that you can easily filter on which arrangements can be delivered fast enough for you (and there is still massive of choice).

This is the second time we have used Floom and we are so pleased with the results. Sending flowers to relatives in the UK is made much easier with this website. The bouquets are lovely and we can trust that they actually look as advertised, unlike other online retailers. They were delivered exactly on-time too. :)

First time using Floom after being very, very disappointed with other more well known online florists .
Bouquets arrived identical to the option chosen, even though some flowers are seasonal . Service was excellent and recipients delighted . Cannot fault the company.

"It's a great platform to order really lovely flowers from abroad for a friend based in London. I ordered it 12 hours before it needed to be sent on my friend's birthday. I received a text message from Agent F's Thomas to say the flower I ordered was out of stock, out of kind gesture he sent over a really beautiful orchid plant to my friend instead. He still delivered what I originally ordered the day after and he delivered it at 10pm!! I will definitely order from Floom and in particular from the florist @AgentF again!"

Flooming excellent experience, had some flowers delivered recently for my boss. Next day delivery - you actually called me to double check delivery (vs just guess) and my boss said they were the nicest peony ever. But what really impressed me was that for an online order you made the effort to hand write the card message I submitted. Class act

For an extravagant last-minute shopping and same-day gift delivery within NYC, the gourmet box from Floom did not disappoint. This multiday feast including champagne; cheese, crackers & preserves; a bountiful rainbow of fruit; fresh flowers; a glass doubling as a planter; and linen for picnicking or a tablecloth were delivered within 90 minutes of ordering. The package was so generous that my honored recipient needed a bellman's cart to bring it from the doorman to their unit. I'm so glad to know of their beautiful, efficient, high-quality service, highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again."

Great website! Made it really easy to pick and update my order. And the recipient said they were one of the nicest bunch of flowers she had ever received, so that's pretty cool.

I was pleased with the ease of use on the website, especially sending from USA to UK. However, my recipient said the flowers died after just three days, and when she called to see if they could be replaced, was met with very unfriendly customer service. I was sad to hear that, hence three stars.
