I purchased two bath mats on January 6. I’ve yet to receive them. I keep getting tracking updates from the company taking me to an empty link when I asked the company when it shipped how it shipped and the shipping carrier I get no answers but a link to a shipping update that is blank buyer. Beware you’ll never get your product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FLOORFINITY!! If I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot, it would have saved me $$ and aggravation! I ordered 3 mats from them (white, mocha & wood). The white mat arrived with a very noticeable significant blue mark/line on it, and the "wood" pattern looks nothing like wood...it's orange with brown stripes!! When I first reached out to customer service through email, Selena offered to refund me 30% of the price of the white mat if I kept it (why would I want to keep it with a blue splotch on it when my bathroom floor is true white??). She also admitted that they've come out with a new "wood" pattern since the orange mat with brown stripes was undesirable, and offered to send me the new version. I politely declined both offers, and said that I'd like to return for a refund (who knows what the new wood pattern looks like??). She replied a few days later and said I could ship everything back to China at my own expense and they'd refund the price of that mats after receiving them. I explained that I did not feel that I should have to pay the return shipping cost for defective mats, but she would not budge. In my response to her, I said that I would file a grievance with my CC company, and leave negative reviews depicting my experience with Floorfinity. She has not responded. Additionally, they do not publish honest consumer reviews on their website. I left one (and it was honest, not rude), but it has not shown up on their site. BUYER BEWARE, FLOORFINITY LACKS INTEGRITY AND DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, WHICH ARE BASICALLY CUT PIECES OF VINYL!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I’ve been trying to return my order for almost 2 weeks now but customer service is ignoring every single e-mail from me. Reason for return is color mismatch - beige Floorfinity Minimal appears much lighter on website (checked on a number of devices and screen light setting) than in reality. Avoid if you are not 120% certain you’re OK with the product

I was extremely unhappy with my product (I bought x2) as it was wetter than cloth bath mats and very expensive. The only way to ensure it was dry at end of day was to put on the line outside!!! Trying to get a refund was not possible due to them not replying post me sending in video (on request) having to prove our bathroom setup and how we use as they felt we were using wrong?! It is not rocket science!! What a scam!!!!!

Contrary to what the social media ads show, with a person spraying the mats with water and it quickly absorbing it, this mat does not absorb water very well at all (arguably worse that a cheap IKEA mat). When i contacted about a return, the CS was very polite but you have to send the item back to China at your own expense (!!) - This would cost £16 or about half the price of the mat and there is no guarantee that they will accept it and give you a full refund anyway. So i definitely wouldnt bother again!

I bought two marble mats and a blank one, and they are absolutely stunning! They fit perfectly in both my bathroom and kitchen. The shipping was on-time, and the items arrived in perfect condition. I will certainly be a returning customer.

Received the wrong item for one of the mats and they replaced it for me quickly. Customer service was professional and friendly. Product worked just as described. Highly recommend.
