Hi Sonny,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by your delivery, particularly as you had specifically requested that it be rearranged for Monday.
Unfortunately, communication and scheduling issues can occasionally arise within courier networks, but we recognise that this doesn't make the situation any less inconvenient for you.
We work hard to provide a reliable and competitively priced delivery service, and we're disappointed that things didn't go as planned on this occasion.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
Flooring King

Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry that we were unable to fulfil your requested next-day delivery, and we appreciate this was disappointing.
However, we do feel it's important to provide some context. Your order was placed at approximately 10am, and as soon as we became aware that we could not meet the requested delivery date, we contacted you to explain the situation.
Rather than leave you waiting for an order we could not guarantee would arrive on time, we arranged a full refund of your order within hours of it being placed, allowing you to source the product elsewhere without further delay.
We work closely with third-party couriers to offer competitive delivery rates nationwide, but unfortunately, occasional disruptions are unavoidable, particularly with the increasing pressures on logistics networks.
Whilst we fully understand your frustration, we believe that communicating the issue promptly, being transparent about the circumstances and issuing a full refund within hours demonstrates our commitment to looking after our customers when things don't go to plan.
We're sorry we couldn't fulfil your order on this occasion and for any inconvenience caused by this.
Kind regards,
Flooring King
