Carpet arrived in poor condition and there was absolutely no help from their customer service.

Quickstep capture products excellent, delivery not optimal
Quickstep capture products, beautiful design, easy to install. Fantastic finish. As for the Supplyer and delivery company..Package arrived damaged and missing parts. A partial refund was given for danages, 1 pack out of 19. The missing parts took another 2 attempts to arrive and they were also damaged. I didn't bother with a refund on these because I had to get on with the job. I then had to purchase a repair tool from quickstep to repair the damaged part.
The bulk of the issue was likely due to the delivery process. This process needs revision.

Excellent company to buy from
I've just made an order of Quick Step laminate flooring. The site was nice and easy to navigate to see all the products and background information. I made a call several times to ask advice about underlay, door-bar and other trimmings. It was a real pleasure to speak to a knowledgeable human being at the other end of the line. Call waiting time was reasonable too. Able to pick a delivery date up to 4 weeks away, so good flexibility. Sale price makes the product very good value for money. All in all, excellent service and expect product will be good.

I had a couple of questions before I placed my order so I called and spoke to Scott who gave me all the answers I needed. I then placed the order but needed to change my delivery day so again I spoke to Scott who changed it for me without any hesitation. Absolutely excellent product (Quick Step Capture) but even better service from initial contact with Scott to delivery!
