I may have been very unlucky with my attempt to purchase a carpet and initially I was going to give them a 3 star rating. However, I have been asked to be honest with my experience and I suppose disappointment was going to take over. Carpet ordered, accepted, confirmed and paid for. On the same day I received another email stating that my order could not be fulfilled. To be fair, my refund was received the same day and communication is very good. Yes, I would try and order again from this company.

Was given a delivery date of this morning (Wednesday) but instead received a phone call that my carpet had been collected by the wrong courier. All the furniture and fitted units had been removed out of the room and distributed around the house and carpet fitter organised. Now been told when they do manage to locate the carpet it will won't be delivered until Friday or possibly Monday. Not happy!!! Now have to move everything back into the room so that we can use the rest of the house!!

Great product, the price was excellent, I’d checked other companies and Flooring Megastore was the best price . It took a while to arrive but when it did the delivery guys were friendly and helpful, they even helped putting it in the garage . My enquiries were dealt with professionally, and when looking for flooring in the future I’ll definitely be checking their website . Five stars

I asked for a sample and it was delivered within few days. I bought two carpets and the customer service I was given was 10/10.
Martin was dealing with my order and I woul say he is very helpful. I had to twice cancel delivery and there was no problems from them. Martin helped me so much.

We found the carpet we wanted for our living room, we were initially quoted £42per square metre by a local firm and I luckily found it online at flooring megastore for much much cheaper!

Communication was clear from order being placed and the delivery company they use were just as good.

I will most certainly be coming to flooring superstore as my first port of call for future carpet purchases

I haven’t received my flooring yet but have been very impressed with communication with Flooring Megastore. Martin Allen has been very helpful and kept me informed as to the progress of my order including arranging delivery on a date to suit me.

DO NOT USE...Not a trust worthy company...

They sent the incorrect door bar with my carpet order. It caused alot of hassle at the time of installation.

My partner had to take a day of work because they refused to collect at a weekend or provide a time slot for collection. This was there mistake not ours...

Furthermore its been five to six weeks and they are yet to issue a refund. Shocking customer service.

Since used a local carpet supplier for our downstairs carpets. Everything went smoothly. Will never use Flooring Megastore again.

A huge thank you to Martin and Aedan. They provided amazing customer service. Extremely courteous, helpful and patient. My carpet was delivered today as promised and I am very pleased with the quality. Looking forward to getting it fitted next week. Thank you flooring megastore I will be in contact again soon.

Ordered laminate flooring for bedrooms. I was contacted quickly with a delivery date and items received on time. Loved the quality and look of the flooring so I have ordered more.

Spent some time looking for my best option to purchase the Tegola Elite click plank and found Flooring Megastore to be the one based on price and delivery, i was contacted by Martin & Aedan to arrange the best date for the delivery which arrived as agreed with the them.

Had a great online chat with Aedan Bowman and then when I had more questions, he very politely asked if he could call me to discuss. Had a lovely chat and he was so helpful (especially as I had ordered the wrong colour carpet). Really helpful info about underlay and I can't thank him enough. My first experience with Flooring Megastore was great and I will definitely be back for more.

Probably it took a week to receive the LVT requested. Like all important deliveries they arrive when there is nobody home in a gap of two hours, that's when they arrived! Luckily we lef the side door opened and the delivery guy was kind enough to bring them over the gate. We left a tip for him . When we will install the laminate we will examine the quality. All boxes ftom 18 come brand new ,just one opened,the LVT seems in good condition.

I needed 4 more packs of flooring before a certain date and they went out of the way to get them for me ready for the floor to be laid by a certain date. A big thank you to martin who was so helpful and made this possible. Nothing to much for this company. Fully reccomend them. Thank you
