I was very pleased with the customer service with my mat was not the correct colors. The customer service team helped me get it right and sent me a new mat in time for our open house. I am very appreciative.

Their customer service reps are very nice and helpful, however, their factory was not able to accommodate a request of labeling 6 different mats I ordered for 6 different customers, so now my warehouse receiving staff has to unroll each one to determine which one it is. Seems like a fairly reasonable request but they were unable to handle it so I'm not very happy with them. They did say that I could re-enter EACH ONE individually, which I don't have time to do since the first time took me so long to do.

Contacted you guys multiple times about parts that never got mail when it was a warranty on them. Just bought another machine since I never got the parts

Shopping on line was easy, good product descriptions. However shipping with UPS is a frustrating experience. Their website does not show where the order is located since it was received for shipping and the delivery date has changed 3 times. I would request a different method to ship if I buy another product from your store.

I ordered our mats online, and honestly wasn't expecting greatness. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rugs I received. The craftmanship was on point with the art I sent in. Couldn't be happier, will definitely order my rugs from here again, and refer to my family and friends!

I've bought several rugs from these folks, since 2015. I place the order, then I get a proof, then it arrives quickly. All good things! Over the weekend, I ordered two more and had a small issue during checkout, but still managed to place the order. Calling on Monday morning only got me to voicemails, but when I tried the online chat, the rep quickly gave me her extension so I could call in and chat with her right away. She solved everything quickly, easily, and I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service (and their adorable midwestern accents!) Thanks guys!
