We did send out samples but this review may be for someone else, Rosie does not work at Floorsave and we don't want to steal her thunder! Great product, amazing communication with floorsave directly but room for improvement regarding delivery communication
For communication and dealing with Fran it’s a 5/5. Excellent communication, super helpful and was very helpful indeed. My only criticism is around the delivery timings as well as quality control checks ensuring products are not damaged. I had two separate deliveries and both had a batch that was damaged. To be fair, Fran was excellent in arranging the replacements after sending proof of damage. But the delivery timings were again incorrect. The issue wasn’t that they were delayed, the issue was that the tracking info wasn’t accurate and kept changing. Fran did refund the delivery fee which was very kind. This is the only reason why it’s not 5/5.
Product - excellent
Dealing with company directly -superb
Delivery - lots of room for improvement.
Overall - very satisfied with the quality of the product.

Thanks for your comprehensive and very fair review. We were really disappointed in the service that the delivery companies gave you and you had two carriers. We do have to rely on them and constantly feedback the importance of updating timings and communications with our customers but sometimes this fails badly and we are really sorry that it happened twice to you. We always try to resolve issues, whenever they occur and appreciate you providing us with photos of the damage quickly, so that we could help with replacements too.
We are glad that you were satisfied with our service and handling of this, we really appreciate you taking the time to give us your opinion. We will pass on your comments to Fran, she will be happy to hear this and to the delivery companies, perhaps less so but we can only hope they will also improve their service. Thanks again.

Thanks for your review, we are very sorry that the sample did not arrive. Gosh, that is very disappointed indeed to give one star. We send out hundreds of free samples each week and a very small percentage maybe don't arrive. Your sample was sent out on the 1st, the day after your request came through, on our next despatch date. According to Royal Mail, we send out samples on Royal Mail 24 hour service, the samples were delivered on the 2nd at 11.47. We have checked and we did send it to the address on your request.
We understand your frustration at not receiving the sample and would maybe have suggested just giving us a quick call or email and we would have been happy to resend it, thus avoiding your disappointment.
