I recently visited The Floor Store just before closing, and even though it was late, Stuart Moore was incredibly helpful and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs and ensured I had all the information I needed. The next day, he followed up promptly to arrange a measure-up for the carpets, and I received all the quotes very quickly. Thanks to his efficiency and excellent service, I was able to place my order without any hassle. I highly recommend Stuart for his dedication and professionalism!

Amazing service and experience
We went in today to choose flooring for our shop. We had an idea of what we wanted but Stuart made the experience seamless and so easy for us. He helped explain all the types of flooring which would be best for our shop and used images of our shop to help visualise what the flooring would look like once down which was incredible!
Would 100% recommend going here and ask for Stuart if he’s in ! All the staff were lovely and you will be well looked after by them. So excited for our flooring to arrive next week.
Would definitely return in future!
