Floor Street Reviews

Davinder was great, quick responses and out of office hours. Helped make the process smooth and stress free.

From the time I picked up the phone to Floor Street and was greeted by Melo, through to my dealings with Sean, I have to say that I was very impressed by the superior customer focused help, efficiencies and overall courtesy I received. Sean couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient and I found myself comparing our own company’s customer service levels with what I experienced today and I have to say we could learn a thing or two from the staff at Floor Street. Sean is setting standards here that we can only hope to achieve in our own business. Keep up the good work and thanks again for your help and my overall positive experience. The product isn’t half bad either 🙂

Sean provided great advice and communication was spot on. Thank you!

Sean helped me order the correct flooring and underlay via Watsapp. Made the process very smooth and easy

The price was unbeatable and Davinda was very helpful throughout the process in helping chose the correct underlay and amount of flooring we needed.
Would highly recommend Floor street (& Davinda) for anyone looking at changing their flooring.

Was unsure of quantities of flooring I needed and type of underlay I should be getting. Was recommended to speak to Davinder and he sorted everything out for me. Has given me great aftercare advice and has replied to all messages/queries really promptly, even out with usual office hours. Would highly recommended especially Davinder who has provided 5 star service.

I have been dealing with Davinder over the past few weeks to process my flooring order and wanted to provide a review for his great service. We had some laughs on the phone and he was very patient with our order as we had to work around an extension timeline (things constantly moving). So, thank you Davinder! It was a pleasure working with you.
