Great service and fast delivery. Very happy with my water table!!

Ordered corten steel water bowl. Website was easy to use, next day delivery. Bowl looks great in garden. Top seller, great price. Very happy to recommend.

Great customer service, they called to make sure I was aware because of the size of my item I’ll have to manually unload from the truck. I was aware of this but not the weight so then changed my order for the smaller size which could be unloaded on the pump truck.

Great quality products, swift delivery and instant refund of difference between larger and smaller product.

It may well be my naivety but when I ordered my corten steel pedestal I really thought it would come as per the photos. It does not.
What you actually receive is a welded metal block that will (from what I have read) take some 9 months to weather into the rusted metal look. No mention of this on their website or when I spoke to them about the delay in delivery. Really quite misleading!

Large fibreglass planters: I checked stock by phone before ordering online. A man of few words confirmed availability. Ordered online, and they were delivered, as agreed, within a few days. Very keen pricing. Packaged very well for pallet delivery. No complaints.

I've bought a couple of FloraSelect's matt black fibreglass cube planters on 2 separate occasions and I've had no issues at all. The planters were delivered quickly (via DPD) and were very well packaged and arrived completely undamaged.

In terms of the items themselves, they seem really well made and look exactly how I'd hope they would. The finish on them is perfect with no flaws and they have a pre-drilled drainage hole too, so that saves me a job! They've not been through a winter yet, but I have no reason to expect any problems on that front. They were priced really keenly too (fibreglass planters can be very pricey), and then second one I ordered was about £20 cheaper than the first - for the exact same item! Bargain!

For info, the ones I ordered were the 40x40x40cm (64 litre) planters. They do have 50cm (125 litre) and 60cm (216 litre) cube planters too.

Overall, I couldn't be happier, so 5 stars from me!

I ordered five oblong fibreglass planters in white. When they arrived I at first had no idea what they were because they looked like polystyrene ice-cream boxes. It turned out I had ordered the wrong size - a misclick - and that was obviously. my fault. But oh my goodness, the runaround I had trying to exchange them or get a refund - neither of which happened in the end. I spoke first to someone called Andy, who may have been the rudest person I've ever dealt with. He was aggressive, abrasive and would not let me finish a sentence. He absolutely refused to have anything to do with the issue and got very aggressive when I told him I would leave a bad review online. Subsequently the owner of the nursery wrote to me and apologised for his behaviour, but would not undertake to replace the planters because they could not guarantee that the courier company wouldn't damage them in transit. (Why use them then?) They offered me a few names to see if I could hire someone to return them, but the cost of hiring a courier would have been almost half the price of the goods. Hasn't everybody on the planet made a mistake by clicking the wrong box on a website? Most companies are happy to refund or replace. I cordially hate the planters - even with the correct dimensions I would have hated them - but now I'm stuck with them, and £1 000 poorer for the experience. The pictures online looked sleek and chic, but the real thing looks shoddy and cheap. It's your own affair whether you wish to engage with this company or not, but my advice would be - don't.

I ordered a plinth and a large corten water feature from this company. I had to call them beforehand as the colour I wanted was not available in the size I needed on the plinth online. Andy was really helpful and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. He also called me before and on the day of the actual deliveries to give me ideas of time etc. Andy did also offer to talk my landscapers through the installation of the water feature, but they didn't need it as they said it was pretty straightforward even though it has a European plug on it. Both the landscapers and my neighbour have said they are both going to get one as it looks so fabulous!

I had a positive experience shopping with flora select. My query was answered quickly. My planters arrived quicker than expected. They are lovely and look good quality made of fibreglass. I will definitely shop there again for more planters.

Apart from a hiccup with the initial delivery which appeared to not be their fault, I have had a very satisfactory experience with Flora Select. I made an initial phone call to clarify some points about the large window box. Ellen was very approachable and helpful. The aftersales service was the most impressive as the item arrived with a small area of damage and was attended to without question and between Ellen and the supplier, we received a replacement in a totally hassle free manner. That gives them five stars and thank you.

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY. I had bought plants compost and planters from different companies, as something to do in these difficult times. Plants and compost had bit by bit arrived, but after 6 weeks still no planters. Deciding to cancel and try somewhere else, found lots of 'Out of Stock' but Flora Select still had a few of what I needed. Was about to order online when I decided to ring and ask rough delivery time. Pleasant lady asked someone how long for what I was looking for, and the reply was next week!!!! I placed the order, and it was delivered the following week. Fantasticaly well packed, they looked great and I am now a happy gardener. Thank you so much.
