I cannot say enough wonderful things about Florida Home Inspection, especially my inspector, Oscar Varela. Oscar was exceptional from beginning to end. During the inspection, he explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood what he was seeing and why it mattered.

When my mold report revealed a problem, I was very anxious. Because my inspection period fell over a holiday, I had limited time to understand the findings and determine what needed to be done. Florida Home Inspection answered my many calls with patience and professionalism.

Oscar went far above and beyond. Although it was a holiday, he generously gave up his personal time to review the mold findings—first with my realtor and then directly with me. Most importantly, he explained what the findings meant and what steps were needed to address the problem. He never rushed me or made me feel that my questions were a burden.

Oscar Varela is an outstanding inspector and a truly remarkable human being. His knowledge, patience, dedication, and kindness meant more to me than I can express. I would recommend Oscar and Florida Home Inspection without hesitation. Five stars are simply not enough!
