Was celebrating my Bday last weekend and received 2 gorgeous bouquets from Floritta for the first time.
One was a huge peonies bouquet. Absolutely stunning and fresh! Had to find all vases I had at home to fit the flowers in 😂😍🤩 And when I walked in the room the next day, my original bought extended in size enormously 😱 because the flowers started to open! I can’t describe how beautiful it is!!! As I had my own peonies garden with a divine smell 🤩
My second bouquet was with amazing winery hydrangeas, light pink exotic roses and tiny beautiful blue flowers! I’ve never seen such a beautiful combination of colors before. So chic and elegant!! 🥰😍
It’s been almost a week since I’ve got deliveries and all flowers still look fresh as I’ve got them!
Highly recommend Floritta!

My boyfriend ordered me roses for our anniversary. Not only did they delayed 2 hours to be delivered on SCHEDULED delivery, but i got in the app and it said delivered and at that point nobody called me or informed me anything. I was calling them in the meantime to ask where the delivery guy was. Once I saw that my flowers where shown as delivered I walked outside my hall, only to find him by CHANCE, and to ask him out of curiousity if what he was holding were flowers. I told him these were mine as I read the receipt and all the information was about me but he wouldnt give me them. Meanwhile he was talking to another customer on the phone while not allowing me to have my GIFT. He then called his manager, who started talking to him in russian, and then he gave me the phone to talk to her. Right when I started talking to her, she raised her tone and started telling me ‘can you tell your boyfriend to stop calling me he keeps calling me and tells me that you havent receieved the flowers’. She wouldn’t stop talking over me so i told her that I Have JUST saw the delivery guy randomly, who holds my flowers and wont give them to me. I asked her to give him consent to give them to me to end that discussion. My experience was horrible with this company, I wouldn’t suggest ANYONE to buy gifts for special occasions for them because they will ruin it.
NOTE THAT ON THE RECEIPT MY TELEPHONE NUMBER WAS THERE AND MY BOYFRIEND’s AND THEY DIDNT CALL ANYONE.

Made my order one day prior to my moms birthday, received the flowers(pink peonies) in time early in the day as I asked to arrive before 1pm. However they didn’t have white peonies so I had to take only pink ones, but overall the flowers were great!!!👍🏻

I ordered a bouquet of tulips from Floritta as a Women’s Day gift through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, Uber Eats didn’t pass on the Gift Card message to Floritta, and I only realized this after the order was already out for delivery. However, when I reached out to Floritta, Mariia was incredibly empathetic and went above and beyond by arranging a separate delivery with the card and a long-stem rose.
