The dress arrived in thin plastic packaging, when opened I was horrified!. The dress was nothing like the picture online, fabric was thin, looked cheap and no way was it a size 6!!!!! Customer services have been dreadful, I’m still trying to return dress to them, just keep getting meaningless emails from customer services not addressing the fact that I want a refund! I then discover that the dress has to be sent back to China… this is NOT stated in return policy! I am still trying to get refund and at the moment getting nowhere. Flormis are truly dreadful and so many others agree, I do wish I had read reviews before purchasing said dress…hard lesson learnt!!!!!!!

I wish id read reviews before ordering. Worst company to deal with that I have ever come across in my life. Product not as advertised. And customer service is not any better. Return policy is really bad. Read reviews. Don't buy here please.

Ordered my daughter’s prom dress from here. Received the dress and it was nothing like the picture and it didn’t fit. I ordered a standard size. I emailed them and let them know and asked for a refund. They keep trying to offer me a gift card for 40% of the price of the dress. I told them I wanted to return it and get a refund. They WILL NOT give me a full address for the return. Please stay away from this company.

This business is very professional and dedicated to the wellbeing of their customers. I recently purchased a dress from them and I absolutely loved it! I should have went up a size but nonetheless I still love my dress.

DO NOT order from this site. They will not accept any returns! The customer service is pitiful. I bought another dress before Florimiss dress arrived, because they took too long and my deadline was running out to have the dress. Their website says • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your gown. We recommend that you inspect the contents of your package as soon as it arrives. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team promptly for assistance. However when I tried to return my dress I was told color mismatch was not refundable when I simply told them I no longer wanted the dress. They simply look for any reason not to accept a return. Poor customer service. Zero stars

Awful company with terrible cancellation/returns policy. Try to say they make standard size dresses to order and because they cant be sure someone else will order a size 8 dress they cant give a refund. Pure lies and the fact they don't allow any criticism on there website is laughable.

Please dont waste your money and avoid like the plague.

I wish I could give a negative star. The entire process was very shady. They were quick to take payment but very slow to send any shipping information. I had to contact them before they finally provided me with a sketchy tracking number from China. When the dresses arrived they were of poor quality and didn’t fit. When I tried to return I got NO REPLY! I finally got a response with a 5 paragraph instruction on how they don’t take returns but if I wanted to try for one I had to complete all sorts of “tasks” and photos for them. Terrible company

The dress is the worst. Cheap material and doesn’t look anything like what was shown. Customer service is awful the stop answering emails once you say you want a refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE

I was so afraid to order a wedding dress online when I received my dress I was impressed by the quality. Minimum alterations needed.

Horrible horrible horrible return policy. Please do not order from this company unless you plan to keep the dress. The return policy is not clear and they rip you off by offering just credit.

I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this site. Their return policy is not accurate! I ordered a dress for my daughters sweet 16 and when it arrived it was poorly constructed and looked nothing like the pictures. When I emailed to return, they told me they can offer a store credit or to keep the item we didn’t want and get 50% on another item. I copied and pasted their return policy and told them I will report them and their scam. They then apologized and a
Offered to return 30% of the funds or to return item in CHINA! Where the heck does it say their return is in china or that they are in china? Save yourself your funds and time and do not order from here.

Steer FAR AWAY! ordered a dress, first of all it didn't look like the same design as in the picture, but the color and measurements were wrong. contacted the store and have never in my entire life experienced such poor customer service, it was like having a conversation with a narcissist who was just manipulating. I sent pictures of everything, but they twisted everything I said, both in terms of measurements and color, they blamed everything they could blame and took absolutely zero responsibility. DO NOT buy from that site.

Still have not received a refund 2 months later. Do not shop here. Terrible quality material and seeing. They will only refund 50% charge you a restocking fee and cleaning fee and you have to ship it back to China. Stay away.

This company is a scam. They are located in China and you can't return an item, unless you want 40% of what you paid for it and it costs $65 to mail it back. They don't provide a return label. They will charge you a cleaning fee even if you just took it out of the bag and didn't try it on. They charge you 15% restocking fee. So a $169 dress would cost net -$45 to send back. They try to get you to keep the dress and they offer 1/3 of the amount you paid. Return is Liang Min

Yeah good luck with getting a refund. There website makes it look like they are located within the USA. Fraud that what this is. Save your money and save yourself the misery of dealing with this company.

Don't buy. If it doesn't fit (their sizes aren't accurate), there is no way to return. You have to contact their customer service email (which I did 3 times) to return, but they simply don't respond. Not worth the cost or risk. Please go elsewhere.

Update from reply received: I have sent you 3 emails to service at flormiss.com.au which is what you have posted on your website. The last one was 20 October. I think you merely respond here to make it look like you're doing the right thing, but you're not! My order was Order FAU250921090907522.

Another update: they want photos of the original external envelope (a very small plastic bag, which you have to rip open and I didn't think of keeping it), the inside bag, photo of you with the dress on, photos of you in tight clothes with your body measurements visible on a measuring tape. Like seriously? The dress doesn't fit, it's at best a size 8. One miserable, waste of money exercise.

Absolutely DO NOT BUY from here. They advertise they are from the UK but are based in China. So hard to return the item.
I paid £27 shipping for the dress to arrive scrunched up in a fedex plastic delivery bag. I even purchased a dress suit bag believing it would arrive in that. Unable to get the creases out. I will be disputing this payment with my pay pal and ombudsman.

BE WARY OF REFUND POLICY
Although their site says they allow refunds here’s the details: they only refund 85% of cost AND you have to pay for return shipping to China which is very expensive (around $80 for a dress).

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LOT.
Here’s why:-
My wife brought a dress in May 25. The dress was substandard and we tried to return it. This is where the problems began. We were told we would have to pay for the return to them. This we did. By now the cash was stacking up with no re paying by this company. So far it cost us £111 for the dress and £25 to return it to them. Months passed by and we hadn’t received any monies back. Now today on the 3rd October 2025 we had the shock of the very same dress in the very same package that we returned it in was re delivered to us. So all that cash paid and we still have that shody dress.
Now to try to save face they will put some bullshit comments after my message but believe me I am not interested so again I say
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
YOU WILL BE SORRY
