I ordered twice from them. First of all I love the beautiful dresses and the uniqueness and thought behind the brand. However, my biggest problem are the custom fees. I live in Germany and for 90€ for 2 pieces in the sale I needed to pay 30€ customs and 18€ shipping. I was also surprised that it says made in China even on the package. That gives me a bad feeling as well. I know how cheap it is to produce in this country and considering the prieces of the garments I'm wondering if the priece is justified. They reduced my items to 60% off in the sale and when companies are able to do that I wonder if the full priece is justified. I'm a bit sad because I love Freddy but I can't even try the items on and return in a non costly manner so I always hope it just fits. I think this was the last time I purchased unfortunately... maybe the tax situation gets sorted in the future

What I hate the most is that on the website they publish only 4-5 stars reviews, but not the critical ones.
Dresses almost never correspond to the size charts, faulty intems arrive and they over a 20% discount as a compensation which is ridiculous. Customer service isn't helpful at all, so long story short : as much as I love Freddy's clothing it's always a hit or miss.

I've been a fan of Freddy for years, and when I saw there was a sale, I finally decided to make a purchase. I had always hesitated before because I felt the prices were quite high for what the items seemed to offer. But with the discount, I thought it was a good time to give it a try.

I ordered the Mary Jade skort, which is definitely cute and looks like a great skort. However, I have to say that I'm disappointed with the quality. The buttons aren't sewn on well, and the zipper is quite stiff and difficult to open.

Considering the price, the fact that it's made in China,that the item is made of polyester, and that they claim its ethically sourced, it just didn’t meet my expectations.

The pieces are pretty and seem to be of good quality. However discovering the “made in China” tag on the Cornelia cape, makes me hesitant to shop FlossybyFreddy again. They claim their stuff is ethically produced, but with the minimal information on their homepage, I’m not quite sure.

I love Freddy and her company! I ordered 2 dress, the Nelly & the Coco dress. I really love them! I now ordered the Angelina dress too. The quality is really great and the costumer service too!
