Although I am fairly tech savvy, I am a business owner trying to run a business, and that’s where my attention needs to be. Their team has allowed me to do that, at an extremely fair price. I worked with Steve on an issue that went completely over my head, and after a bit of tenacious digging, he fixed it and got everything back up and running in an incredibly smooth fashion.

I've been with Flothemes for several years now and I would still give them 5 stars. The few times I've reached out to support they've been nothing but kind and helpful and always respond quickly. I love how my website looks and how customizable it is. Because it's based on Wordpress it's also great for SEO. Highly recommend them!!

I almost never write reviews, but I feel it's important everyone knows how amazing Flothemes support team is. I also always dread filling out the support form on websites because it always takes everyone ages to get back to you. Sometimes I even forget I've reached out.

But not Flothemes. Specifically, I was helped by Steve (thanks, mate!) who was a legend to deal with from the start, and helped me out with my issue within hours. Which is really appreciated when you are in Australia, and the time difference is huge.

I am such a linear thinker, that seeing directions laid out perfectly on screen for me to follow one step at a time is like a dream come true, especially when stressing out and struggling to do something myself. Can't recommend enough!

Every time we contact the support team they are quick on answering us back and solving all the issues.

Had a couple of minor issue after moving my site from a temp domain to going live
Being a WP newbie, I possibly made a few errors and ended up loosing some style links etc.
Reported the issue this morning and everything has already been fixed and is back up and running!

Flothemes support has been amazing so far! I've only been using flothemes for a couple of months and support is very important to me when using anything new. They have great communication and have been able to solve my issues in a timely manner.

I contacted the Flothemes customer support team for what I thought was a small issue - it turned out to be a bit more complex, but the staff were just amazing! I was helped by Victor, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to respond throughout, and helped guide me with super clear instructions! It's already incredible to find an easily customizable and beautiful theme on a user-friendly platform, but I'm especially thankful for the great support team!

I've needed some support for a few things today that were not showing & working properly on my photography website that was designed by Flothemes. The support from Steve was quick and over a series of emails, I had all my questions answered, and detailed step by step instructions on what to do to fix things. In my experience over the last 6 years, the support team at Flothemes always does a great job and are super helpful. Thanks again! I really recommend Flo for photography websites as they are always on hand to help.
