The flowers that I had ordered were beautiful additionally the team is professional and they made sure to cater to all the requirements and did an amazing job.

The flowers I received were beautiful and looked exactly like the image on the website. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the team in assisting me, along with their speedy responses to sort out delivery.

I unfortunately had a very stressful and disappointing experience with this florist in the lead up to my wedding. While things started off okay when I paid my deposit months in advance, communication quickly broke down as the wedding approached.

Despite me reaching out multiple times, they were slow to respond. Eventually, I was sent a form just weeks before the wedding with details to fill out. I provided everything they asked for, including the delivery addresses, only to be told they couldn’t deliver to my location (despite this not being raised at the time of booking) and that it would now cost significantly more. I asked multiple times for the new delivery fee and a final invoice, but received no response.

I also never received the Zoom call or in person appointment that was part of the package, and I had no idea what floral arrangements were being provided. As the wedding drew nearer, I still had no confirmation, no final invoice, and no clarity.

When I finally called them out of desperation (just days before my wedding), the person who answered the phone immediately became aggressive and accusatory. I was calm and polite, simply asking for the invoice I had already requested multiple times, and was shocked at the unprofessional response. It was only then I was told everything had been on a portal I had never been given access to, something they later admitted themselves, even showing proof that I had never logged in.

At that point, four days before my wedding, I had no trust, no clarity, and no idea what I was paying for, so I had to cancel and find someone else last minute. I was initially told they would speak with management about a refund due to the circumstances, but then they went back on that and refused.

Since then, they’ve also blocked me on social media, further confirming how poorly they handle customer concerns rather than taking accountability.

I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly, but no bride should be put through this level of stress, confusion, and lack of professionalism in the days before their wedding. I strongly urge future couples to be cautious.

I used floweclub studio for my wedding bouquets. While the bouquets delivered were lovely they were not at all what i wanted and while they sent a staff member back to fix the bouquets they were not the ones to do so and my wedding stylist fixed them.

The customer service after the fact was just rude telling me i was wrong and not acknowleding any of the previous email chain and mood board provided by them. I hoped to not be leaving a review about this but i feel they made a mistake and instead of acknowledging that they doubled down and ignored all previous communication

Ordered a pink and white roses arrangement for my anniversary and they were delivered on time and were stunning.

I picked Flower Club Studio for my wedding, and boy did they do an amazing job! Emma made the whole experience super easy and cruisey, and they made the venue and my bouquet of flowers so colourful and vibrant - I couldn't have asked for a better company to have done this job!!

Needed flowers delivered today despite having missed the stated cutoff time. Called Flower Club and they assured me that if I put the order in online it would be delivered late this afternoon. I was dubious (especially because the online system only permitted me to input tomorrow or after for delivery), but sure enough they were delivered and made the recipient's day.

The flowers arrived when expected and they looked absolutely spectacular. So much better than expected. I’ll absolutely be using the flower club again.

These guys are amazing, I spent two hours on the phone with Olivia to place my order for my daughter’s 18th birthday and I can’t express how kind and patient she was with me. I do love thé flowers and my daughters is planning to preserve some as they so gorgeous.

The Flower Club is very responsive and provided high-quality services while taking into consideration my preferences, which is why I’ve always had a positive experience with them. Their prices are also very reasonable and the flowers always come looking beautiful. Can’t wait to order from them again in the future!

Living overseas I wanted to wish happy birthday to my bff who is living in Queensland. I saw that the flower club delivers in Australia and wanted to try it as their flowers look gorgeous. The flowers arrived one day after my order, in a perfect state and my friend was so happy. They protected the package very well! Thank you for participating in this beautiful gift Flower Club.

Two days ago my friend had an interview with a prestigious company. It was always her dream to work for them and she was extremely anxious. I decided to offer her a bunch of lilies. They deliver it on time and the flowers looked beautiful and fresh. I chose the letter box model and the design of the box is impressive, it was very beautiful. I was happy to see her feeling relaxed and pleased :)
