Amazing service. I’ve purchased from flowerfix before and they provide excellent aftercare instructions for quality flowers. These flowers last! They are NOT supermarket type. They’re happy to provide extra tips via DM too, to suit you and your flowers. Well worth every penny! I’ve also purchased from LKV and they’ve never let me down. Fantastic service, quality flowers and at the best price! You literally can’t complain. Although I no longer use Instagram, I like the emails, and now and then I’ll treat myself / loved ones to them. LKV >>>> any other florist.

I ordered from Flowerfix for the first time in July and was very impressed with the flowers I received. Therefore, I’ve just signed up for a monthly subscription as a self care gift to myself each month.
My first month of flowers arrived on Tuesday and they are honestly amazing. The packaging is brilliant and all the extra details they put in the box really make their flowers next level and a real treat for any recipient. I have ordered from Bloom & Wild in the past and the difference is just crazy. You can see so much love and thought has gone into FlowerFix and it truly shows in their packaging alone.
I spent my evening arranging my bouquet following their detailed instructions and I thoroughly enjoyed doing so. The next morning my husband even commented on how good the flowers look and admitted he usually spends £50 plus for a similar bouquet for me.
Highly recommend this company to everyone and their customer service is just exceptional.

The best bunch of flowers I’ve ever ordered and received.

Like many I was waiting for LK Verdant to have a London store so as soon as I saw Flowerfix was launched I was hooked! I ordered various bunches for friends and they have said the quality was insane, every little detail from packaging to the presentation is well thought off. Then lucky me actually received Blue Tulips for my birthday and I saw the quality and care that went into each one.

The price and quality is second to none and honestly you will not be disappointed!

I've previously bought flowers from LK Verdant (Sister company) and I have never been disappointed. I can truly say the same thing for Flower Fix. Amazing, beautiful flowers which kept fresh for 2-3 weeks. A beautiful variety on the website too. Just like LK Verdant, Flowet Fix has gained a repeat customer!

Arrived REALLY squashed. Several broken stems!! Flowers have been hydrated but still look nothing like the picture
My mum is really disappointed with her birthday flowers.
I am extremely appreciative though that I was contacting back immediately after my complaint & given a full refund & a voucher for future use. I do believe that this was an unfortunate issue with my first order. Hopefully any future orders will go smoothly. But great customer service
