Nicole trained as a florist in Norwich as a young person in a very busy city shop. She has also worked in several florists; owned an Interflora Shop and a Specialist Wedding Floristry business before concentrating all her knowledge, efforts and experience in the business that opened at Norwich Railway Station in November 2010 - FLOWERS NICOLE. Our FLOWERS NICOLE team creates all bouquets on the morning of delivery in our local Norwich shop. With several delivery options we can do same day delivery in Norwich. Packed in water and always beautifully presented, we can also get flowers delivered Nationwide to any place in the country - and we can even get flowers delivered to those inaccessible 'hard to find' delivery postcodes. You will find us on the Concourse at Norwich Railway Station, just through the arches and on your right hand side. We have a lovely 'Pick & Mix' selection of flowers to choose from. You can have as much or as little help as you would like to create a personal and individual bouquet of flowers in a flash, right before your eyes! Or you can grab a 'ready to go' bouquet - already prepared for your convenience. Locally produced greetings cards of Norwich and Norfolk are readily displayed to one side of our shop and we also have small houseplants in tin buckets

Thank you for your review, and for your honest feedback - we are very sorry that the recipient was disappointed, that is certainly not the reaction we got when she opened the door.
On the delivery side of the business we did have a transport issue for a couple of days last week. As a small business it is sometimes hard to keep all balls in the air. On this occasion I decided that our damage limitation strategy would be to deliver the evening before the birthday. On the odd occasion that we have had to do this in the past, it has been well received, it is generally a lot easier to find the recipient at home, and they get to enjoy the flowers for longer.
I would like to state that this is not our normal procedure and apologise that I did not explain fully, to the recipient, the situation.

Although Nicole was extremely busy she happily fitted in my request for a same day delivery and nothing was too much trouble. The flowers were brightly coloured and thoughtfully arranged. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Any florist can have beautiful flowers - because flowers themselves are beautiful. But what makes this florist so brilliant is the way she arranges the many types of flowers and foliage into a stunning display, and wrap them together with tafetta, soft yellow tissue paper and a lovely and practical gift bag with carry loops. The flowers were in beautiful condition and the delivery was personal with lots of smiles and delight. Well done Nicole!
