I was able to get the shoes I needed with no issues. Was just diagnosed with diabetes and have been looking for shoes. Luckily I found Flow Feet. They have been amazing.

Still Waiting for Shoes
I've been waiting for weeks for a very expensive pair of shoes. I ordered in time for post-op and they still aren't here. Delivery date has been changed three times and now I'm out the money and have no shoes.

I ordered boots but they didn't fit because the strap around them rubbed my ankle. They were very good about giving me a return receipt to refund my money minus the shipping charge of $8. They called me to confirm that I received the return label and were pleasant on the phone. I was dissappointed that the boots were made of form rubber and didn't have a non-slip sole, definitely not worth the price, but the company sells many labels of shoes and is not responsible for the quality of the shoe.

After reading the reviews I see most of us had the same problem. I ordered shoes the according to the site were in stock, after a month I contacted customer support and was told they were back ordered for three months. They then offered me the next size up, it doesn't work that way and they should know that. This is the second time I've delt with this through thos company, I don't plan on making that mistake a third.

I would give it a zero if I could. I ordered a pair of New Balance 813 women's shoes. The order went through in December. I thought there was a delay because of Christmas. Finally, I wrote to the company and they told me that this type of shoe was out of stock.
They never informed me of this. I had to write to them a month later to find out. Furthermore, this type of shoe is till being advertised as in stock on their website.
This company is inneficient and unprofessional.

I purchased a pair of size 15 6E shoes on the advertisement of seller. When they arrived, they were rather nice and I liked them, but were by no means 6E width which caused me to have to return them. I contacted them and requested a return and they sent me a label with a note stating there would be a 8.95 fee for postage to return. I stated that the advertisement said they were 6E and I usually wear a 4 E and they were advertised wrong and I should not have to pay for the sellers misadvertising. It has been 3 weeks since return has been received and no contact or refund. I made a PayPal claim against them and still waiting for my refund. NO CONTACT OR RESPONSE from seller is why I made a claim.

I ordered a pair of shoes almost a month ago. I have yet to receive them. I called and was told they were back ordered and would be in the store next week. 2 weeks later I got an email saying that they had been shipped by UPS but UPS shows even today that they have not received the package. I have sent 3 emails with no answer to any of them. Their addresses are a storage unit lot and a UPS store. I feel like it's a scam store.

I ordered an ankle brace and they refused to accept the return because it was worn. I had to wear it (1 time) to see if it fixed the problem.
