Flow Kayaks have worked with Paddle UK for supporting competition events, supplied the armed forces canoe and kayak teams as well as supplying multiple canoe and kayak clubs and outdoor centres around the UK.

Our kayaks are delivered directly by ourselves or occasionally private, trusted courier to minimise handling and potential damages.

I bought my Wavesport Ethos 10 from Flow. Amazing kayak and great service. Good communication and I received my kayak earlier than expected. Great company and nice people. Would definitely use them again for kayaking gear 👍

Excellent product, unfortunately I had to follow up on the order as it still hadn't been despatched four days after ordering. The item was sent when stock was renewed a few days later so all OK, if a little delayed.

Hi Martin, thank you for your feedback. We were in contact via email shortly before this review was posted but apologies for missing the calls. We are in the hiring process to improve our capacity for handling customer enquiries whilst we also have in store customers.
Your order was placed on Monday and delivery to your address was attempted on Wednesday. As confirmed with you via email, the proof of postage shows the parcel delivery at your front door but you haven't received it in person. Unfortunately when it comes to shipping paddles we have to use a large parcel delivery specialist who don't have a customer collection depot.
Whilst we are waiting to hear back from you we have packed another paddle which we have ready to send again on overnight delivery. Of course it would be great to know if the original order was held by a neighbour or was redelivered before we ship again at our cost.
