Gobrush pro doesn’t work on fine hair.
I purchased the gobrush pro because the advertising made it sound like it would make my hair look fuller. The instructions were easy to understand, and there was a setting for fine hair, which I used. I ended up with so many split ends even at the low heat setting, that I requested a return the week I received it.
The response I received from my request to return was a suggestion that I simply gifted it to a friend. I responded that I didn’t intend to do that, that I wanted to return it. The second response was that I would have to send it back to China at my own expense, and wait several months for my money back.
I want to warn anyone who is buying one because they think it will make their fine hair look fuller that it will likely not work.
They are not interested in returns if it doesn’t work, despite their “guarantee“.
They responded to this review by telling me they sent me an email. The reason for that was they don’t want you to see that they then offered me 30% off. They do not intend to take it back.

I want to make a return as my brush…
I want to make a return as my brush shuts off shortly after being charged. After NUMEROUS emails I’m still having issues. First they wanted a picture of the brush ln use. I sent that. Now they want a video, I explained that I live alone and can’t do a video while using the brush.
The ad says 30 day money back guarantee. What a scam and lies. I am chalking this up to STAY WAY from this scam. $59.00 down the drain and in their bank account.

Everything ok until I wanted to return product on 30 day money back guarantee as it did not work on my hair as advertised. Ended up going round in circles getting nowhere. Will never buy anything from this company again and certainly won’t be recommending them.
Update : Have asked me to email them on the email address I have already tried numerous times to keep getting the same reply from several different people so what is the point - it has got me nowhere so far and they have now stopped replying!

How to reach customer support?
How to reach customer support? No answers to 3 emails starting 6 days ago. Website says emails will be answered within 48 hours. Phone number on website has either been disconnected, changed, or is no longer in service. There is also a new address of company now supposedly in Sheridan WY but no phone number and not identified in Sheridan as FlownBeauty. All I wanted was to be sent by Email the free GoCurl Guide for further instructions on use of this product as very minimal instructions were included. I just wish I was more adept at using the curler. I do not understand how some customers are saying they actually talked to a real CS agent. I’m happy with a email response.
Such poor customer service.

TOTAL SCAM! AVOID!
The company offers a "30-day hassle-free guarantee," however, the product must be shipped to CHINA, which, in my case, would have cost me $237. The only other option given to me was to accept a 30% refund. This offer was received after two other stall tactics requiring me to send photos of the device and an explanation of why I was not satisfied. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

The product is excellent, but I had a question. Angel answered me within an hour with precise instructions on how to have the product do what I wanted it to do. I don't know where they are located, but it was after hours where I live and I still got the rapid answer. Awesome customer service backing up a really good product.

Defective product and limited return policy
First, the product did not even hold a charge when I received it. I missed the 30 day rule for a refund so I am appalled that the company is not offering anything because the product doesn't work, they are offering me a discount on another purchase, really??
Most products have at least a 60 day window for returns, your policy is not only restrictive but not in good faith. Now I am stuck with a product that doesn't work and no recourse. If you want to cater to mature women, understand we have lives and 30days with no recourse is only good for you!!

Do not take RETURNS
I did not like my hot brush, it pulled my hair on the first attempt.. So i asked to do a return and they refused to give me my money back.. I had several emails from them asking me to send videos of me using the product and when I refused they told me that I had to send it back to their warehouse somewhere in CHINA!! Do not buy from this company for any reason.. I never got to return my brush or get my money back. 30 day returns is a SHAM!!!!!

30 day free trial may cost more than item!
The information says “your order includes a 30-day trial period”.
I DOES NOT state the in order to receive a full refund you will need to pay to send the item to China with additional costs for tracking. That would probably cast as much as the product did!

DO NOT purchase from this company! The Go Brush is junk and when you try to return it, they make you jump through hoops. I opted for a 30% return on my credit card and keeping the brush...Lost out on both ends, as the brush does not work properly and I have been waiting for months for the credit on my card. They push you from one customer rep to another when they reply to your concerns. Save yourself the headache and your money!
