Responsive customer service
I ordered a travel hair dryer in March. I received tracking information, but it stopped a few days before the delivery date. I waited and waited but never received the package. I reported that to Numoya (now Flown) and they said the tracking was odd and they would check into it. I waited but still didn’t see it. I called for a follow up. I talked to a very responsive customer service person, Marie, and she immediately ordered a replacement. I am grateful for the good service

I recently ordered and received the GoBrush Pro. After trying it, I realized that the brush wasn't working for my hair. I'm sure its a good product but because of my hair type, thin and wavy, it didn't help on my hair. I emailed Customer Support for instructions on how to return the product per your 30 day risk free trial. I then found out it would cost more to return the brush than it cost me to purchase it due to having to return it internationally. I was very upset about this and again emailed Customer Support. After emailing with Marie, she was able to negotiate a 50% return of my purchase price. I am very appreciative of that and grateful to Marie for her help in doing that for me. Marie is an excellent Customer support representative for your company.

I ordered one. Was charged for and received two. When I tried to return one I would have to mail it to China and pay $67.00 postage. It works minimally well. Short battery life. Bad, bad choice.

I really wanted this Go Brush to work…
I really wanted this Go Brush to work on my short hair but unfortunately it didn't do anything to help with the waves and stubborn areas. It doesn't get hot enough and doesn't stay on for a very long time. Their ads are very misleading. I contacted the company only a few days after I received it (they gave me some ponters which I tried and still no results) and told them I wanted to return it. After a few weeks of going back and forth with emails and form letters, they told me I would have to return it to China. The cost of that would be more than I paid for the brush. So they offered me a 30% refund and I would keep the brush. This has been going on for over 2 months and still cannot get the refund. Think twice ladies before wasting your money on this.

I agree with Debbie Ireland. Worthless product. I supposed that if your hair is not thin and fine, it might work, but not on my hair. NOT great for ALL types of hair. Also toggling between heat settings didn't help. The heat just kept going up. Waste of $60. It's going to the Goodwill.

Well after I received it I charged it …then tried to make it work on my hair but no luck! Then charged it again but it didn’t charge. I cannot make it work even with the USB PLUG but no luck …won’t turn on!
I’m not a hard to please person but I’m not a happy camper! I tried to return it but they said bc it was over 3o days, they could not approve a return or refund! 😡

NO STAR REVIEW. Not even worth one star. This companies refund policy is a scam. They do not offer full refunds like their website says. Customer service is horrible, just get the run a round. Cost you more to return the product than what it costs. Do not purchase from this company

I was not happy when I placed my order because it was advertised for 60% off but I couldn’t find that only 50% off and it picked which credit card it charged it to. I did not want it charged to the credit card that they picked out, but this was not Angels fault.

Back in January, I went back and forth with Numoya service, complaining that the charge only lasted for four uses. They told me to try this and that and it didn't help. Then they said it was too late to return it. Now, it reads 200 degrees and is totally cold. It's a terrible product and poor service!

I ordered a Flown Brush and it was not what I expected.
I have sent numerous emails and still no instructions for the return. They told me to take of picture of me holding the brush and they would tell me what I was doing wrong. I sent the pictures and still have no return instructions. In one email they stated they said would give me a small percentage back because it needs to be mailed to China. Cutomer service has been no help to me.
When they send you the brush there is no receipt for returns or problems. I would never order from this company again.

The USB cord that came with the item did not work -right out the gate. Upon receiving the item I was not impressed. In my opinion, not a solid hair tool - not worth the money paid. Contacting support for Return / Refund info (30 day guaranty refund if not satisfied), I received a response requesting I do a video - NO. I have had request from Erica, John, Lester, Marie and Brooke. Everytime I respond (same link) I get another SUPPORT team member requesting video & not willing to initiate return. WORSE support ever. Phone number disconnected. I am done - BBB & Letter to Claire Hoffman, I eat my $50 whatever loss!
