Zum einen ging es sehr lange bis der Koffer versendet wurde. Freitagmorgen bestellt. Dann ging nichts, Samstags, scheint man auch nicht zu arbeiten.
Zum anderen berechnet Floyd nicht die gesamten Kosten beim Check-out (DDP) wie heutzutage üblich, selbst bei Hobby Online Shops. Sprich man bekommt als Empfänger überraschende Steuerrechnungen von UPS.
Im grossen und ganzen: geile Koffer aber ihr E-Commerce ist höchst unprofessionell.

OK, reviews are important and now that we have traveled a couple of times with our FLOYD BOLD - I feel comfortable leaving an honest thorough review. I overpacked. If you overpack and forget to lock with code - it will open during transit. However, I would like to mention that the full zip interior will keep EVERYTHING intact and safely within. Although my FLOYD was open on the conveyor belt the first time, not butterflied - just open, I lost nothing and all was as I had packed it. Having better learned max capacity, and NOT to overpack.... Our next trip was SUCCESS! My FLOYD BOLD closed with ease; I locked it perfectly with code * it opened for me when I put in my code. NO ISSUES. In fact, everything was tightly packed with a little wiggle room to spare! the zip lining on both sides of this luggage is phenomenal. I love this feature! To note, the material inside of the luggage is very durable. Now that my BOLD has traveled abroad and far, we can see the scratches and dings on its shell - BUT NO CRACKS ANYWHERE. I want to take a moment to discuss its wheels. They do in fact look like the wheels that I roller skated on as a child. However, they are thicker and clearly built to last. When the luggage is upright and I am rolling it along through the airport OR outside sidewalk areas, I cannot believe how easy it glides along! I don't know about you but having to drag an already impossibly heavy luggage through an airport or around outdoors is taxing. With this FLOYD, I walk along and it just glides! I did order a pack of extra wheels. I just thought it would be smart to have them on hand, just in case. They are undamaged thus far. I am 100% satisfied with our purchase. By the way, as far as aesthetics - because I definitely like things to look nice (if there is a choice for uniqueness). I love that it is Pacific Blue with RED wheels. I can see it on the conveyor belt from a distance - which I love! Highly recommend this product.

I am a huge Floyd fan. We have made multiple purchases and have never been disappointed. We have traveled all over Europe multiple times with our trunks and carry on bags, receiving compliments on our bags at every stop. BUT, the big story is that our n our current Europe trip, the airline broke my trunk as I arrived in Amsterdam. I reached out to the Floyd team and they immediately responded and sent me the necessary parts to repair my bag in a matter of days. They turned a very bad situation into a great experience, and created a life Raving Fan!

I’ve owned three Floyd suitcases over the past five years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best luggage brands I’ve ever invested in. I travel frequently, and no matter where I go, my Floyd luggage stands out in the best way possible. The design is clean, bold, and incredibly aesthetic. The wheels alone grab attention everywhere I travel. People notice them immediately.

Beyond the look, the quality holds up. These suitcases are built for real travel, not just style. I fully stand by the product, the brand, and the unique fashion-forward identity Floyd has created in the luggage space.

Recently, I had an issue with one of my suitcases and needed to use their lifetime warranty. The experience exceeded expectations. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, faster than any customer service experience I’ve had with a product company in the United States, and Floyd isn’t even based here. That says a lot.

Rollt nicht so gut wie beschrieben, nicht besser als andere Koffer, der Platz von innen ist sehr eingeschränkt durch Fächer und Gestänge, passt kaum etwas rein, und so macht der Koffer keinen wertigen Eindruck, eher wie billige Chinaware.

First time traveling with it TSA must have opened and checked my bag and because of the horrible design unless you know how to shut it, you can’t! Comes out on baggage claim wide open and I was missing items. Over priced! Not worth it at all. Very disappointed

Habe mir zwei Produkte von Floyd vor Jahren gekauft und bin rund um zufrieden. Nun ging nach einer längeren Reise mit voll gepacktem Koffer eine Radachse zu Bruch.

Habe vieles erwartet, aber dass ich am gleichen Tag eine sehr nette Antwort von Oya bekomme und einen Tag später um 0730 der Kurier mit einer neuen Achse, passenden Rollen, Ersatzrollen und neuen Stickern an der Tür steht, hätte ich nicht gedacht.

In einer Welt in der so viel Schrott angeboten wird ist Floyd die Fata Morgana und Oase in Sachen Service und Qualität.

Ich bin absolut begeistert vom Kundenservice bei Floyd. Mein Carry-On-Koffer wurde beim Flug beschädigt, und Floyd hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und persönlich, meine Anfrage wurde extrem schnell beantwortet.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass mir sofort und unkompliziert ein Ersatzteil zugeschickt wurde – inklusive Video-Anleitung für den Einbau. Der Versand wurde noch am gleichen Tag organisiert und ich habe sogar eine Trackingnummer erhalten.

So einen Service erlebt man heutzutage wirklich selten. Vielen Dank an das ganze Floyd-Team und besonders an Oya für die tolle Unterstützung! Ich kann Floyd uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

I recently bought the Floyd Shopper. The design is nice, but for 59€, they could have at least included an adjustable strap and put in a bit more effort. A little disappointed.

Noch besser finde ich den Kunden-Support, den ixh als extrem hilfsbereit erlebt habe.

Fantastic product better yet fantastic customer service! Dealt with my query with ease and without hesitation. I definitely recommend this brand not only do I get many compliments throughout my travel times but the aesthetic of the overall suitcase matched the standout wheels that glades you through airports and lounges is always a head turner. Fantastic products matched with truly outstanding customer care. I have two check in suitcases, two weekenders as well as multiple pouches and a washbag. The products look amazing, perform perfectly and the speed and quality of customer care is unmatched. I would recommend the products and the company. I’ve have to save for these but I’m pleased with all my purchases. I’m keen to see what new products Floyd have in store for us this year. Keep on rolling.

Floyd has possibly the best customer service I have ever had to deal with. My suitcase was broken by the airline and they were so helpful!

Nice suitcase, but beware if buying online from UK.

There WILL be an extra duty charge of over £130 to pay, I did not notice this when buying but Floyd insisted they have a disclaimer on show.
