Answered all my questions and set my system up for me. Very prompt and courteous

Mike took care of all the error messages on our system and upgraded the smoke alarm. He was on time and quick and efficient at completing his job.

The technician, Sam, was outstanding in every way. He was efficient, knowledgeable, skilled, and was very willing to answer all questions and provide key information on our system, including things we had never had explained to us before. He was fantastic and very much appreciated.

Technician Luis Monsalve checked every part of our system, made sure we could manage every aspect of it, and explained everything he was doing. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really helpful.

We just had a new security system installed at our house, and Sam Ouk was amazing from start to finish. He really knows his stuff and made the whole process super easy for us. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t rush through anything.

Sam was respectful of our space, kept things tidy, and you could tell he cared about doing the job right. He even pointed out features and options we wouldn’t have thought of, and made sure we felt comfortable using the system before he left.

It’s not every day you get someone who’s both great at the technical side and easy to work with, but Sam nailed it. We feel way more secure now and would 100% recommend him to anyone needing a home security setup.

Jonathan S. did a fantastic job in assisting me in installing my garage door sensor. He was patience and attentive throughout the installation and troubleshooting process. This is my second time working with Jonathan. He assisted me with the front door sensor on Monday, August 11, 2025. Both times I was able to install the devices successfully.
