FlyFlat presents a great concept with impressive communication — until things go wrong. I had to change my itinerary and quickly discovered that the entire amount I paid was essentially lost. What I wasn’t told upfront is that these tickets are pieced together through highly restrictive methods involving layovers, alliances, and points. Once a change is needed, the flexibility is so limited that I ended up forfeiting nearly $2,000.

In the end, I became so frustrated with the lack of options that it was easier to walk away from the money than to keep fighting for a solution.

I cannot recommend this service. If you value flexibility and transparency, you’re better off booking with your own points through reputable channels or using trusted travel tools. This concept only works if your journey is perfectly smooth — and how often does that happen?

Thanks so much for your help! I had to book tickets for a group of five people traveling to many places and with many uncertainties and changes and exceptions. Your team made great suggestions for the flights, answered emails mostly promptly and was very friendly and professional. I especially appreciated the excellent cheaper price on one business class flight.
The only thing I was not informed about beforehand was that some seats did not have seat reservations and some economy flights had no luggage included. So that meant that after having paid all the tickets, we had to again spend time booking seats, buying luggage, and doing a second payment.
But besides that, I was very happy with your service, would use it again if needed, and would recommend it to others too.

Flyflat saved my CEO over $3k on a business class flight from Mykonos to Austin. As an EA they made the complicated headache that is booking last minute international travel a total breeze. Customer service and response time was super quick/almost immediate. They presented various options that proposed bigger cost savings for my boss and made a bigger impact on his comfort while traveling. I will absolutely use them again in the future whether for my own flight bookings or my boss's to save me time and peace of mind knowing I has access to reliable travel support.

Flew business class from LAX to Narita Japan Roundtrip on Singapore Airlines which is my favorite business class. Retail was $12,000.I got my ticket same day for $3,900. Team was communicative and walked through the ticketing process. Since them I have used them exclusively for my international business travel.

I’ve used FlyFlat on countless domestic and international trips over the past 3 or so years. (US, UK, Hong Kong, South Africa, Argentina, Germany - they’ve helped me with it all!). Their team is highly responsive 24/7 even when I am traveling in an opposite time zone, and they are super professional and helpful.
