It was an absolutely amazing holiday and so comfortable for us 😍

Tenerife is now our new love ❤️ We managed to see Mount Teide, visit the historic town of Garachico, and also went to Siam Park — it was absolutely WOOOW 🫣😂 The emotions and adrenaline were incredible!

Monkey Park was also really lovely 🐒☺️
We went for a ride along the promenade on electric scooters, visited several different beaches, and simply enjoyed the atmosphere of the island 😍

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! There were different swimming pools, including heated ones — exactly what I love 😂

And the all-inclusive was honestly amazing: everything was delicious, the cocktails were incredible, and they looked so Instagram-worthy too 😅☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Calimera Serra Palace. We travelled as a family: my husband, our 6-year-old child, my husband’s parents, and me.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The water slides, the beach, and the delicious, varied food were all excellent.

The only small downside was that the room didn’t include shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. However, considering the price of the hotel, this was a very minor issue.

In terms of value for money, I would definitely rate this hotel 10/10.

We had another fantastic holiday organised by Maria at Fly&Joy, and once again everything was perfect from start to finish.

This wasn't our first holiday booked with Maria, and every experience has been excellent. She really takes the time to understand what we're looking for and always finds great options. This time she recommended the Occidental Jandía Mar in Playa de Jandía, Fuerteventura, and it was exactly what we wanted. The hotel had plenty to keep our three-year-old daughter entertained, making it a wonderful family holiday.

Maria also managed to get us an amazing deal. We made a small change to our travel dates, and she found an option that gave us two extra days for an even better price. One thing we especially appreciated was that she chose flights at ideal times, so our daughter was able to nap on both journeys. The flights were smooth, and everyone arrived feeling rested, which made such a difference when travelling with a young child.

I enjoy working Fly&joy for 3 years. I am very grateful to Fly&joy and especially Maria. I always have 24/7 support. It was 3 years ago they organised the amazing trip to Spain. I had many requirements and conditions for the tour and all of them were met at reasonable prices. This year I wanted to spend time with my family at the same country and the same hotel. Because I remembered about my last holiday. Maria organised our trip very quickly and with great attention to us. My parents have never been to this place. It was exciting for them. Maria always was always in touchand always provided support even when she was in the hospital. I am really grateful to her amd and Fly&joy. My parents had problems in aeroport. Thank you for choosing a good hotel, everything was cozy, the food was varied and very tasty, champagne was served for breakfast 🍾, the sea is clean, there is a beautiful embankment nearby, where you can take a walk in the evening. My daughter and I really liked it 😊

I just returned from an unforgettable vacation at the Grand Bavaro Princess in Punta Cana, and I absolutely loved it! Incredible white-sand beaches, crystal-clear sea, and impeccable service.
