Reviews in their website are fake. If you try to post an honest review on one of their products , it won’t actually show.

I placed an order 6 days ago. Have heard nothing, other than that a payment was confirmed. No shipping information, no estimated delivery day. No other communication.

I was looking for modern ceiling fans. The website was easy to navigate and the selection was excellent: every fan was good looking! Took me 2 minutes to place the order

Great products. Some unique to and very reasonably priced.

We bought a smaller set which we thought would look nice in an area we were having cleared along our driveway, once it was cleared we both agreed they were too small and decided to trade out the 2 we bought and put those in a smaller area and bought the matching higher version.

Ordering was easy .. this my second and third spotlight .. they are the best and strongest solar I’ve been able to find .. the first was ( I thought one with both white & colored lights) .. it was stolen .. but worked great for almost 2 yrs .. second light I received lately is colors only so I had to order a third to get white light .. using the colors for holidays only .. order number is the second one

Ordering was super easy, also a good variety of options for what we were looking for. Hopefully the delivered solar lights will work well with our setup.

It took 6 weeks for these fans to arrive and when they did they are very poor quality. These are unbranded Temu goods being sold as “high quality”

Fan blades are plastic with mold lines still showing, wood print is poor quality and plastic looking. Fan motor is lightweight and poor quality.

UPDATE: Excellent Follow-Up and a Great Product

I wanted to update my original review because my experience with Flyachilles changed significantly after I posted it.

Flyachilles reached out to me directly, offered to refund my money, and told me I could keep the fan when it arrived. More importantly, they stayed in contact and provided regular updates on the status of the shipment.

The fan was finally installed today, and I have to say, it was worth the wait. It looks great and functions perfectly. My handyman even commented on how well designed it was and how easy it was to install.

While I was understandably frustrated by the lengthy shipping delay, Flyachilles ultimately handled the situation extremely well. Based on the customer service I received and, especially, the quality of the product, I would gladly purchase from them again.

If I could give Flyachilles a lower rating, I would. I placed an order for a ceiling fan on July 25, and 44 days later, it still hasn't arrived.

Every time I contact customer service, a friendly AI chatbot assures me the delay is due to customs and offers store credit so I can order more products that likely won't arrive either.

At this point, it would be more honest to simply admit that I was conned and save us all the charade.

Ease of navigation of the site. Fast movement between pages. Checkout was effortless.

Unique pieces that cant be found in every other home.

Products were as described and communication was excellent!

Love these guys! I ordered a light. It arrived damaged. They immediately replaced it. I needed help with installation, and they were so quick to provide help. Great team of people.

I have not received my item yet. This rating is based on the questions they’re asking.
1. The shopping experience in the website is pretty good. There are plenty of picture and details. They do not have uploads of the installation manuals, etc. Nor do they have pictures uploaded of their wall plates and remotes, though they did send me pictures when I asked.
2. Their product style does resonate with me. I appreciate the sleek and smooth designs and either wood imitations or real wood.
3. Any additional feedback was mentioned above regarding product information. Also, I was a little bummed to see such a long shipping estimate these days.

There's a good variety of options. We were looking for specifications on the lights we ordered. Customer service was very helpful getting us the technical information that we were looking for. The only negative response that I can give is that, I turned off the box to be added to the email marketing list. Within less than 30 minutes off making my purchase I recieved a marketing email.
