Air North Reviews 

I had this bad experience in this company. I had this flight last June 15, from Vancouver to Kelowna. I have 1 checked in luggage and when I arrived in Kelowna and when I get my luggage in the baggage carossel I saw a 2 big dents and its very noticable when you glance my luggage. One in front and one in the back side. I tried to talked to the crew there but they told me that I need to find a crew that that works in air north so I couldn't find one..I don't have a choice but to leave. I just emailed them to their website to complain to them. And they told me that they won't reimburst my claim. I am so very dissapointed to them. Now, I have to called my friends to tell them that the air north is not worth to buy their tickets their. Better to book a flight in air canada or westjet. Guys don't waste your money booking to this company it not worth it.

Two separate things, both terrific:
- service: onboard is amazing, nice people, good sandwiches and cookies. And no charge for checked bag!

And: my husband and I accidentally both booked two seats on the same flight. (Yes, duh.) Air North refunded one set of seats even though it was our error. I would recommend them to anyone! Plus they are 51% Indigenous owned, yay.

Don't believe their prices. They advertised a $118 all-in price (fare + fees + taxes) when I started the booking process online, but the system kicked me off at the payment step 10 minutes later, saying "this fare is no longer available" and asked me to repeat the process. They hiked the price up $24 (20% of the total!) when I went to rebook. This is a classic bait-and-switch trap, which is really poor conduct, and not something a legitimate business should use against their customers.

Staff at gate was slow and unhelpful. (My fault) my drivers license had recently expired, (care card expired same time) but I felt like it was handled poorly, wouldn’t let me on the plane. No refund, no credit, literally just told me to leave and they couldn’t help me. We missed a provincial tournament because of it and I’m very unhappy.

I'm not sure what my parents go through to book Air North, but it is the best plane to take in Canada as a kid, they give you the most delicious sandwiches your lips will ever taste, with vegan, ham, and turkey options. The colours of the plane are good, service is good and fun, and it's almost always on time! Combine it with going to the Yukon and you'll have a grand Canadian experience! 1000 times better than that petty Air Canada. Air Canada, I just want to say, F YOU

I want to say I am appalled at the service I am receiving from air north! For months now they have blatantly ignored a request for a refund on a flight I am entitled to that had to be cancelled due to covid travel restrictions. I booked this flight to travel on holiday in Australia from Europe (France) but due to the covid outbreak after I had booked it I was forced to cancel because I could not enter the Australian borders. They were all shut! And for months and months I have been trying to get a refund. The travel provider edreams who air north choose to work with have continually fobbed me off too. I booked one of YOUR flights through edreams so you have a duty of care to sort this mess out! Neither of you are accepting responsibility and I have never had the refund or even an opportunity to rebook! All I got was an initial email from you instructing edreams to process the refund, then a further email from you saying I could neither have a refund OR a chance to rebook. As you mention a voucher I should have received by edreams expired! Well I didn't have that voucher! I never got any vouchers from edreams and I even tried to rebook the flight directly with yourselves and edreams but it all fell on deaf ears! I will not be fobbed off anymore and I demand to speak with a manager which so far has been denied!
