I was nervous about booking in this way, but did some background checking, and went for it. Shawn Pitt helped me book flights. He was very helpful, providing multiple options for flights, answering my questions about a close connection and also making sure we had seats together. Also, I couldn't find my itinerary for a return trip home when traveling in Vietnam, and couldn't open the link that had been provided. Shawn responded very quickly to my email request for the information. I am very pleased everything was perfect, and I will be booking with Shawn next time we fly.

I was nervous about buying bus class seats from a company outside Australia. It was a lot of money if things went wrong, however it worked out well. We flew Singapore Airlines to UK and Qatar for return flight. Both airlines provided great business class service. Samantha at Fly Bus for Less provided us with a great service too. Canvassed the best options, was so rapid in her response it was impressive as she was not in our time zone. She sent through all info needed and extra e.g. UK bought in an entry visa just before our flight. I felt very confident that should there be a hitch, Sam would be back to us quickly and would sort it out. Only one surprise, the final payment was a few hundred more than the quote but it was to do with foreign currency fees, so explore different options for transferring funds other than credit card. Samantha was so professional and helpful and feel confident recommending her.

Shawn Pitt organised our flights, offering different options to choose from in regard to airlines and prices, which was really helpful. He answered all my questions and was polite, helpful and professional. I haven't yet taken the trip we've booked but when I come back home I may add more to this review. I would definitely recommend Shawn for your travel needs.

We booked Singapore Airlines Business Class flights through Fly Business for Less. Singapore Airlines let us book meals for our flights online, but told us when we got to the airport that our tickets were suspended, but that they did not know why. Fly Business for Less responded immediately to our text. It appears that Singapore Airlines decided long before that it would cancel our tickets because they were purchased using points, which Fly Business for Less had purchased. Singapore Airlines told us that we had to wait for their head office to open and then told us the flight had closed. It seems likely that Singapore Airlines staff wanted to punish us. Fly Business for Less found us Business Class seats on another airline and we left a few hours later. Singapore Airlines staff asked us and tried to overhear which airline we were going to fly with, which was nasty. Fly Business for Less kept in constant contact through WhatsApp.

My 2nd experience with FBFL and didn't disappoint. Samantha was great. She was polite and helpful and made sure we were happy before and after our trip. We will definitely be using her services on our next trip overseas.

Simply put, Samantha service met my expectations without a glitch. 1) Replies to pre-purchase inquiry messages any time of the day night. 2) Puts effort to search for best deals and offer options to choose from. 3) My requests are always last minute, and she delivers! 4) Over the last 5 years, got the air tickets at the price promised without any additional charges or fees. 5) She does a good after-sales follow up. 6) No spam mails or unsolicited marketing. EFFECTIVE.

I wanted a competitive business class flight to Sydney from LHR with Singapore Airlines (my preference). I was offered 3 return flight options with a 48 hour window to confirm. The 48 hours fell over a weekend (don’t know if this is relevant). When I got back to Shawn Pitt on Sunday afternoon, my preferred outbound flight was no longer available. I was offered a Cathay Pacific alternative for the same dates, that I accepted. When I received my email confirmation I was absolutely delighted to find that the first leg of my outbound flight had been upgraded to First Class, at no extra charge. An excellent service provided by Shawn Pitt. Thank you so much!

Fly Business For Less does exactly what it says, it allows you to fly Business Class at a much reduced cost. Generally around 40-50%. This is the third time we have used them.
Andrew is attentive and efficient and is able to suggest options to broaden the travel experience. Our tickets were sorted within 48 hours and we are happy with the outcome.

Wow! I will try to keep this review brief. This is the 3rd time we called Samantha to purchase tickets. The second time I asked her to price rt tickets to Taiwan. She sensed that we were not going to Taiwan on vacation. She was correct. Before boarding our flight my wife was admitted to the hospital. I called Samantha. She contacted booking and the airline to credit our account. After that, she went above and beyond what a normal agent would do. She maintained communication by asking if everything was okay and how is your wife doing. Today, she still maintains communication. I never met Samantha. She is professional, helpful, sincere, honest, and hardworking. When she says, "Let me check, and I'll get back to you in 30 minutes," she calls you back within 30 minutes.
