We have had exactly the same experience as many of these other poor people. We have been waiting 16 months now (since May 2020) for our refund for two flights, refs: PXU0Y and NKUCP5, cancelled due to Covid. Each email has been met with much the same response as other people have had, i.e. apologies but they have not forgotten about us. Our travel insurers (Halifax) have also been extremely unhelpful. Flyhacks are now ignoring our emails. It's criminal!!

I am waiting for my refund (about 600 €) for 1YEAR!!!!!!
From what I see many others are in my same situation.
Customer service initally told me that the refund was being processed and should have been ready in max 90 days. After 3 moths, nothing. I started with sollicitations, they started using excuses as the high volume of requests and bla bla bla. Last month after my umpteeth request I received a mail saying how sorry they are for my situation but, again, cause the high volume of refund requests, they CANNOT GIVE ME ANY DEADLINE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
This is ridicolus, they just hope that customers give up in cront of their non-cooperation and dishonesty.
For sure I'll take legal actions.

Nie wieder Flyhacks

Wenn ich könnte würde ich null Sterne geben, RyanAir hat den Flugpreis im November an Flyhacks erstattet. Seitdem sendet Flyhacks mir auf Erstattungsbitten und Emails ausschließlich Standardemails mit banalen Hinweise man würde sich irgendwann drum kümmern, man hätte zu viel zu tun. Es ist bald ein halbes Jahr her und es handelt sich um fremdes Treuhandgeld. Nie wieder dort buchen.

Erweiterung meiner Bewertung: schön, dass Sie sich die Zeit nehmen meine Bewertung zu kommentieren, die Yuri sollten Sie lieber dafür nutzen endlich meine Flugkosten 5 Monate nachdem Ryanair es Ihnen überwiesen hat an mich weiter zu leiten!

flyhacks - waiting for refund 7 months!!!!

I booked and paid for flights in May 2020 and these were cancelled due to covid. refund still not arrived....same excuses as other travellers have reported - multiple emails and again they are now not replying to my emails!!! are they even still in business? may have to resort to applying through the court!!! not impressed at all

Flyhacks the clues in the name !!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I have been waiting for a refund since March 2020, after email after email, they told me in August it would take another 90 day's , I waited .
Now after contacting them again for my money, I have been told the same rubbish, it's still in the finance department back log. Complete time wasting tactics .

Waiting for a refund

From what I see other people are in the same situation as me. I booked flights (for me and 2 other friends) which are canceled due to covid19.
On August 30, they receive a refund for the last of the 4 flights booked. To date, 65 days later, I still haven't received a refund (about € 1200 in total).
I've written 15 emails, but the answers are always the same. I will take action !!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY Reservation FFU4A

Flights where cancelled because of the Covid19. Supposed to fly on March 13th for the 6nations in Italy. Still to this day I'm awaiting my refund!!!
Tell me the same thing on email every month 'unprecedented refunds to get through' blah blah blah.
Now had to take it up with my bank to get them to force them to pay up. Also added part of the reference just to see if they respond any differently. Guess i will just keep waiting

The worst booking office ever

The worst booking office ever! End of 2019 flyhacks booked a flight for me from Düsseldorf to Tampa (Florida) by Norwegian Air. Due to the corona crisis this flight was cancelled. Flyhacks promised me to refund my flight fee as soon as Norwegian Air refunded the money. On April 29. 2020 Flyhacks sent me an email in which they wrote that Norwegian Air had refunded the flight fee to Flyhacks. Now, october 16., 13 emails later, I stil did not get any refund from Flyhacks. They even stopped answering my emails.

They Change flights without telling you One week before. If Things Go bad forget it. They won't help.

Avoid. Court action taken!

There is very little support, no refund has been given after 3 months and I have now had to go through the courts to get my refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Bon service, cependant compliqué à joindre au télephone.

Je ne peux pas mettre plus car je n'ai pas reussi à avoir le service client au télephone et de plus, lorsque je l'ai eu, c'était en Anglais. Cependant, la dame que j'ai eu (Irina il me semble) avait l'air d'avoir à gérer plein de choses. Du coup, elle connaissait mon dossier, ayant eu des problèmes à causes du coronavirus. Ils sont honnêtes, cependant, les frais de service qui ne sont pas remboursable (normal) sont assez élevés...
Pour le remboursement, cela est long, mais est dû à la compagnie. Par mail, les échanges par mails sont assez rapides mais lents par messenger.
Intermediaire que je recommande, même si il est évidemment beaucoup plus simple s'acheter directement soi-même sur le site de la compagnie.

échange avec Flyhacks

Les échanges se sont fait par mail d'une façon très réactive et très compétentes. Je n'ai pas d'avis sur l'appel téléphonique, je ne sais pas si on vous répond en français ou en anglais.
Maintenant j'espère que le Brexit ne vas pas modifier ces compétences.
Je recommande Flyhacks qui pour moi représente une société sérieuse.

Huge problems with this website

Huge problems with this website! On our outbound flight I didn't receive my boarding passes until four hours before the flight which was quite stressful as I didn't know if I was checked in or not. On the return flight home the booking numbers they sent me are wrong and don't match up with the airlines check In services. When I called flyhacks to try remedy the situation they emailed me one of the two tickets I needed. Absolutely the worst flight booking website, I would not recommend this service and can't wait for my holiday to be over so I can put this terrible experience behind me.
