I recently applied for my Switzerland Schengen visa through Fly Travels, and thankfully my visa was approved and i got my visa in 9-10 days for Multiple Entry. Before this, I had a very disappointing experience with Cheapest Umrah and Visa, where my Schengen visa was refused twice due to poor guidance and lack of proper support.

After that, I contacted Fly Travels and worked with Brother *Awais*, who had previously arranged my Turkey holiday package. Based on that positive experience, I trusted him again for my Schengen visa. He guided me properly through the entire process, from document preparation to appointment booking.

The Switzerland visa process was handled smoothly and professionally. I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend Fly Travels to anyone looking for proper visa guidance.

I applied for a Schengen visa through this service, but my application was rejected. The reason given was: “The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable.”
After the rejection, I requested a refund, but unfortunately, they did not refund me. My case was handled by Talal, and I felt that the service provided was unreliable and unhelpful. I would not recommend using this service.

I have been helped in my schengian visa and it was a great experience and I got my visa in just 10days and my agent was Brother Ali Imran who was very good dealing with my query guided everything very well and the whole process was very smooth and hassle free

My Visa is near to expire and they knows about everything but they proceed my application just because to earn some money and the embassy refused the visa just beacasue of this reason.

I engaged Fly Travels to assist with my Schengen visa application for Norway, but I am extremely disappointed with their service and the outcome. On 28th November 2025, my Norway visa was refused, and I believe the company's inadequate preparation and lack of professionalism were significant contributing factors. The application process was poorly managed, with insufficient guidance provided regarding documentation and requirements. Furthermore, their communication was unresponsive and unsatisfactory, leaving me uninformed about the status of my application.

I strongly advise potential clients to seek a more competent and reliable visa service. Fly Travels failed to deliver the professional assistance promised, resulting in a visa refusal that has caused significant inconvenience and distress.

I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and improves its services to prevent similar experiences for others.

Not satisfied with service. I got the opportunity to apply through this platform for Schengen visa, not properly guided. Totally inexperienced staff, lost Almost £400 due to his negligence. It was my first time to apply for Schengen, he advised to apply for direct Norway, and straight away rejected.
Not recommended at all.

Steve from Fly Travels handled my case and I must say he knows what he is doing. Mine was not an easy case, since I came to Steve with a refusal. Yes, my previous application with ‘Fastholidays.co.uk’ was refused (done in Sep 2025. This means we had to start from negative. If it was not for Steve, I’d not get it this time even.
