I've been trying to get a refund for my ticket for over 3 years. First I had to wait till after COVID then the war happened. I've sent many refund requests but the refund still hasn't been processed nor did I receive any acknowledgment of my request.

Hello, My flight PS424 BER-KBP 28DEC21 was canceled back on 21/11/21. I applied for a refund on 11/28/21. Passengers P.G., E.B., T.G. So far the money has not been returned. Does this mean that money for not-provided services were simply stolen? Neither (FB eugenedihne) Eugene Dihne / Євгеній Дихне nor customer service provides any info.

Over 90 days and still no-refund. Impossible to reach and no reaction by e-mail, Facebook or any other form of communication. Already did the feedback form multiple times, but also here you do not get any reaction.

Scammers. Even before the war they were SCAMMERS. You pay money for nothing. No flights. No money back. No response. Rude staff and customer service.

Les 90 jours sont passés, pas de remboursement en vue. Relance auprès du service client qui me demande de patienter.
Quelques semaines plus tard, la guerre éclate en Ukraine. Après une énième relance de ma part, on m'annonce que les remboursements sont gelés...
Du vol, tout simplement.
1550€ de perdu soit une économie de salaire énorme qui part en fumée. Je leur ai bien informé de mon problème mais de toute évidence, ils s'en fichent.

Worst company ever, over 120 days from requesting a refund, and I have not received any confirmation, no emails from them, and of course no refund.
Moreover it is impossible to contact them, email or phone, it is practically impossible.

Более ужасного сервиса еще не встричала, даже если покупаешь билет с доплатой за возможный возврат билета, возврат сделать нереально а просто подать заявку которя обрабатывается 90 дней.
Когда общаемся с сотрудниками, на телефоны вообще никто не отвечает, только в чатах где идетт сплошной копипаст и обдирательство за все что тошлько можно.
Билет вернуть нереально, при смене насчтивают доп комисии и сборы буквально за все, общение роботическое, со стеной и то приятней разговаривать.
В общем сервис на сайте ужас, служба поддержки в чатах полнейший кошмар, клиентоориентироность - Нолью

Horrible customer service. Bought a ticket 1.5 months in advance. 5 days later, the flight got significantly delayed (~5 hours). According to their "policies", this grants the option of full ticket refund. The only problem is, that their email address doesn't work, it's impossible to call them, and on social media, after taking a few days to reply, they instructed to file a claim on some hidden part of their website, with the claim processing time stated as 90 days.
I did not receive any confirmation about filing the claim, and upon poking them about it on Facebook, I was informed that I may receive a refund with a 40% fine deducted from the ticket price, and additional 10 USD deducted from some management fee. So much for a full ticket refund! Afterwards, I was told, that I can nullify the ticket somehow before the flight, and that I need to provide them my full passport info (I was informed just 2 days before the flight itself about this, due to my own effort!).
But they did not explain how to do it (the convo was on Facebook, just imagine an airline asking you to provide your sensitive information to them via Messenger chat). After that, I did not get any more relies. Of course, such options are not provided simply in the "My bookings" part of the website on your account, because why would they put options that would make them lose the money that they scammed their clients out of. The only options there are to order duty free items, meals and change flight tickets for crazy fees, basically to waste even more money on poor service!
Safe to say, FlyUIA goes to my airlines to avoid list. Hope no one else makes the same mistake as I did, just avoid them altogether.

stay away from this fishy airline! I struggling since 24 hours to reach them! NO ONE ANSWER. Hotline is deactivated and on emails nobody answer. Thats probably the worst airline in the world. I am speachless..

Украли вещь из чемодана!! Положила подарки в один пакет, там была косметика. При открытии чемодана обнаружила пакет развёрнутым, думала, что в дороге развернулся, но разобрав вещи, поняла, что нет пудры, которая стоит больше 1000грн!🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Она была в чемодане 100%!
Вещь может не такая и дорогая, но очень неприятно чувство, что в твоих вещах роются и ищут себе что-нибудь интересное…
Я уже молчу о приложении, по которому мы прошли регистрацию и паспортный контроль, а, когда шли на посадку, qr-коды пропали и нам никто не мог помочь. В итоге пробивали по фамилиям наши билеты и в последний момент впустили в самолёт.
Staff in not professional.
The staff's behaviour is unbelievably rude. I did not have Covid PCR test with me, they told me that they will not let me board on the flight. I received the test 5 mins before boarding close. The lady just left, I kept requesting her to just wait. Instead of being gentle and supportive, the behavior of the lady was so inconsiderate. It feels like they just don't give a damn.

The worst airline that has ever existed.
1. They are not reachable neither through phone, email, or their website.
2. I have been waiting for more than 7 months for my refund for 3 different tickets, almost 1200$
3. Even in the airport of Kyiv, in their own country, they don’t even have a ticket office, just imagine this, even Turkish airlines have their ticket office in the airport, this is just next level ignorance.
4. Unfortunately no matter what I write nothing will change with the way they don’t care at all about their customers.
Please never book with them, they are a scam and unprofessional on so many level.

Horrible customer service. It is nigh impossible to use the bonus miles on anything. The loyalty program representatives are useless. The managers don't seem to care. Only use this airline if you absolutely have no other choice.
