Please please if you know what is good for you, do not buy with this company they are all criminals collect your money issue you a ticket and turn around and sell that same ticket to somebody else without information you. Now they want you to buy a round trip

I was told upon booking my flight that it was nonrefundable, but that I could receive a credit for the full amount to use with the airlines within a year. This proved to be untrue. Instead, I was told I could use the same flight to the same place within a year or receive a refund less fees of $700. I did not anticipate flying to Scotland again, I opted to receive the balance of my ticket ($1516 less the $700). Luckily, I had purchased travel insurance which will cover the balance, but clear and accurate information from the beginning would have been nice. The agents themselves have been nice and professional overall.
