So far the communication between this company and myself has been top tier. Consultation to get started was fast and easy. And the correspondence to get my forms going has been prompt. I’m in the middle of getting my documents back, but I do feel confident everything moving forward will be just as smooth. I was in need of getting an increase in allowed time off (intermittent fmla) due to my health condition and other factors that have changed in my health this year. My providers in the area were not very empathetic to my need of care and time off. That’s why I reached out to fmla now.

The website is a membership. They will fill out the paperwork and send to the company.

No issues whatsoever. Fair pricing, excellent and professional service, qualified clinicians and quick turnaround time. They are also responsive and accommodating. When I saw them on Facebook, I really didn’t believe the reviews but I was definitely wrong. Money well spent!

I had an assessment on 9/9/2026. My credit card was billed, and I submitted documents to be completed on 9/11/2026. I reached out to FMLA Now and scheduled an appointment f:35 p.m. on 9/30/2026 since I never received my completed documents. There is no number to actually speak to a live representative...... this is so disappointing!

I work at a stressful job. I’m tired as hell typing this message right now. But I wanna read this review because I’m a real one and I want everybody to experience this company. They are pretty fast and efficient. They handle your paperwork. All of the people I talk to were friendly and didn’t have mad nasty attitudes like people that hated their jobs so I love that. And also my paperwork got approved. So that’s a win-win and that’s a 10/10. So check them out if you haven’t already if your job stressing you out the handle all the paperwork and get it done. Don’t let no job stress you out. Take your FMLA leave and call it a day we are gonna die anyway so we might as well live.

Everything has been quick and easy. They respond immediate to inquires to put you at ease. I recommend this telehealth company to anyone.

The fact that they communicated through email helped ease some of the anxiety throughout this entire process. Between my mental health struggles, PTSD, and the feeling that I wasn't being heard or accepted, there were a lot of emotions involved. With FMLA now in place, you can focus on taking the time you need to rest and recover. Try to set those worries aside and use the weekend to relax, instead of stressing about what might happen on Monday.

At first I was kind of scared to use this platform, but my experience has been wonderful. They are speedy with response, it was easy navigating through the process. I would recommend this platform for others to use.

They get the job done and any questions you may have, if you reach out to their support, they will respond in a timely manner.

They have made the application process easy and was with me every step of the way .Sometimes I feel like I have an assistant with them , to answer every question that I have . Thank you for providing this service as its difficult to find referral service for mental disability in my current location

They make it fast and simple. Very friendly. Yes you do pay $49 a week until you stop using their services, but you get group therapy with that. And $49 is worth it to help me get the break I need from work when my doctor wouldn't help.
