"Avoid Ferns N Petals (FNP) at all costs. They had an agent call me specifically to take my order and payment, but the moment the money was gone, communication stopped. I never received an update. When I finally chased them down, they casually mentioned the item was 'unavailable'—yet nobody bothered to tell me.
To make it worse, they refused to refund my bank account, trying to force me to take 'FNP credits' for a service I will never use again. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone arguing just to get my own money back, and now they claim it will take 7–10 business days. They are proactive when selling but completely incompetent when it comes to customer service and basic honesty. Use a local florist instead; it's not worth the headache."

I mentioned my review on this website why it was removed, I have clearly mentioned that I have added the message to write on the cake, and still they have closed my feedback complaint with the remark that there was no message was shared to write on the cake, I literally say that the service is pathetic, even I read so many feedback about the poor service on trustpilot.

I had a very bad experience with Ferns N Petals (FNP).

I ordered flowers as a special surprise for my friend, but they delivered old and low-quality flowers. This completely ruined the entire moment and the purpose of the order.

Instead of taking proper responsibility, they offered me FNP Cash instead of refunding my money to the original payment method. I clearly told them I do not want to use their service anymore, but they are still pushing store credit, which is unacceptable.

This was not just about flowers — it was about emotions and timing, which they completely failed to understand.

Very unprofessional handling of the issue. I would not recommend FNP to anyone based on this experience.

My order number is 7163515101. I had used FNp for gifting something special to my sister on her birthday. I had sent a money plant ,a sunflower & a cake to her. The delivery time was given as 30-60 min for which they charged me as well. After ordering and payment I get a call almost 1 hour later saying your order is delayed as the place is far. I was okay with it as long as the order is delivered. The order got delivered after say 3-4 hrs later with the money plant glass broken and leaking. The sunflower was also almost wilted. The cake's icing had melted and was ruined. The delivery person already had mentioned he will replace the plant and sunflower the next day but there was no response after that. My money was wasted and those tiny good moments also were ruined. Thank you so much Fnp for making such a great memory that I will never forget. Would suggest finding someone who really cares rather than just promises and doesnt deliver.

Changing from 1 star review to 5 star review, the customer service rep Chandani was very helpful and in the end my gift was deliverd, it took a bit of time but my issue was resolved

Ordered a cake for same day delivery. Extra money was charged. A cske costing 300 rs in local market is overly priced at 800 rs . Even then I ordered . Delivery Time slot was given as option 9 am to 9 pm. To my surprise cake was not delivered. When called customer service they replied same day delivery means 48 hours. When asked for the refund she replied no and zero refund policy. Pathetic service.
If you want to order better use some other app .

Money was deducted from my PayPal, but Ferns N Petals (FNP) India did not confirm the order. When I placed the same order from another account, that one got confirmed—showing a serious system issue.
Customer support only gave copy-paste replies, no clear answer, no timeline, and kept passing the issue between teams. My time and money were wasted.
Very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend FNP India.SCAM!!!!!!

Horrible service specially when you order from UAE the overall customer service was horrible and the delivery was organized horribly and overall service was tardy

Worst service. I chose same day delivery option however the order was received after few days! Dont understand why do they have a same day delivery option!!!

They have a great range, the delivery time is very quick, the service is always on point.

My experience with fnp is excellent. I ordered personalised diary with pen set. Received on time. Quality of product is also very nice.

It's worst company that they don't have their own vendor number they don't have the courier boy number since morning 9am till 9pm 1 wsa call 6 time costomer care' no 9212422000 only one thing they replied sir I don't have any contact number for courier vendor don't trust on this app tha they will deliver your order on time

I placed order in 2nd week of march to be delivered on 31 March 2026.
Jokers delivered on 13 March, 18 days before delivery date shown on order.
Any complaint/ contact with customer services fell on deaf years.
Without understanding problem, high headed jokers kept saying 'we understand and when you place next order, we shall give 10% discount'.
Are they totally brainless?
Do not go there. I find Gul Mahal & Flower Aura etc far far better.
Good luck if you deal with FnP jokers.

Very poor service . Requested a birthday cake and small gift and doesn’t deliver on time . Still it is not delivered three days now . Don’t trust them find a better team for such kind of things

I had a horrible experience. I ordered a cake, candle , flowers and chocolates to be delivered on a birthday at a residence. They made one attempt to call the recipient, but when they couldn't reach the person, they didn't leave the gift with any other household members and charged me the full amount. Very disappointed. Here’s my order number : 7128802401.
Update: the customer team called and tried to give me a condescending explanation on their business processes . They are all about systems and not about customer service . All I needed was a simple apology and accountability for ruining someone’s birthday . Instead I got a lecture on how they can’t issue a refund or attempt another delivery. Newsflash: birthdays don’t happen everyday team Ferns and Petals . I don’t want your business .
