I ordered a galaxy skin account and they sent the login and I tried to login in and link my account to ps 5 but it says it had says that I need verification code to login to my ps5 and ask to send me the verification code but it has been over 4 DAYS AND THEY WILL NOT SEND THE VERIFICATION CODE.

Partial Access
Partial Access, But Still Missing Key Features — No Support Response
I purchased black knight account expecting full access as clearly advertised. While I have received some access, important features are still missing, which significantly limits the product’s usefulness.
I have reached out to customer support multiple times for help or clarification, but so far, I haven’t received any response. This lack of communication combined with the incomplete access is very disappointing.
I hope the company resolves these issues soon, but for now, I cannot fully recommend their service
