Amazing gear!!! Good fit, comfortable!

These are the best gis on the market. They last a long time, are comfortable and you can wear the pants around before practice. They look super cool. Great buy for the money!!

Definitely the best gi I’ve owned! The pockets in the pants are a game changer. Instead of having to carry a bag with me in the morning, I can throw my phone, keys, mouthgard in the pockets and go straight to the gym. The top is very lightweight (not bulky like the other gi’s i own) and they have some cool design options so you can mix and match your top/pants.

I didn’t know that when I started training jiujitsu, that I’d be stepping into a world/culture of its own. One huge aspect of that culture is the training gear. And one of the hardest aspects of training gear is finding the brand that fits your body type. I’m a heavier dude (some would say “high calorie” LOL), and finding rash guards that don’t ride up while you’re getting folded is hard to find. I was lucky enough to have found Functional Technique; their rash guards are longer torso, with an elastic band at the base of the torso to help prevent it from riding up. I wear an XL, and it fits just right 👌🏽. I now own and rotate through several of the rash guards because they’re just that good!

Soon, my next purchase is the Gi, I tried one on and they’re comfy as hell. Functional, if you will. This is a great brand, local to the Sacramento area, and their support team is quick to respond. They got stickers and Hoodies too!

Just picked up my new functional technique gi! Fits like a glove and it’s great to not have to worry about tying strings on my pants. Immediately wore it during class and it feels very comfortable yet durable. You can tell it’s made from high quality material. Get you one !

I am a lifetime martial artist competed at the highest levels. Been dealing with the stand-up arts for all my life and have started my Jujitsu journey. These are the best on the market. The most functional is the most comfortable and the best looking geese high-quality high-performance and they look great and feel great. They are extremely durable, extremely lightweight and they allow for full range of motion and they allow you to get the most out of your workouts. I highly recommend these great great performance geese get you get out there and get you one.

Since beginning my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) journey, I have had the opportunity to train in Gis from numerous renowned brands such as Shoyoroll, AP, Kingz, and Ctrl Industries. Each brand offers its unique features and qualities, but none have impressed me as much as Functional Techniques.

Exploring the world of jiu jitsu, I searched for the perfect rash guard for skin protection. When Functional Technique introduced their product, I had to try it out. After a few rolls, I was impressed by the quality and comfort of the material, and I ended up buying more rash guards that I also use during my regular workouts. A product which I would highly recommend.

I am a 5’10, 150lbs female purple belt. In general a gi that fits is an expensive joke! My FNTQ sizes are A1 Top and a A1L bottoms and it fits great! I really love that I was able to mix and match. I don’t dry it though, long limbs don’t allow for it, in just about ANY gi. The pockets are cool but my favorite feature is the belt. My FNTQ gi is the only gi that I own that STAYS on my narrow rear end.. I would recommend this gi to anyone.

I wasn’t sure which Gi would fit me best and Damien was amazing about helping me figure out the sizing.

Love being able to flip out the pockets in the gi pants when I’m on the go and the sweater having the zipper pocket gives me peace of mind when it comes to my glasses.

After having used several gi's this is the one that hits all the marks. It fit amazing, it's durable, and comfortable. The pants are versatile to wear before class. And I can't express how much I enjoy the hoodie having both the hand warmer pocket and the kangaroo pouch pocket. Best gear all around!!!

Custom sized gi's thar fit perfectly. These aren't like the traditional baggy gi's you're use to. They're unique to your specific shape. The pants are super comfortable and you can wear them for every day use. I use them when I ride my bike no can tell they're gi pants. 10/10!

I wear a handful of different brands, and always go with Functional Technique as my first choice. The fit, quality, and durability are superior to my other gi’s. I’d also like to mention their pants are practical and useful on and off the mat with foldable pockets and belt.

Such an incredible gi! The material is so unique and super stretchy. The stretch helps me move so comfortably without having to adjust in between rolls. I have both the black and gray set, which is great because I can mix and match them and still match. Love hoodies? Then you have to grab there's... it is now my everyday hoodie. The kangaroo pocket in the front is the best, especially if your a mom. Holds keys, phone, and even small wallet! Definitely give this brand a try. You won't regret it

Great gi! And most of all love the fitment on pants, they’re not flimsy like other gi’s! If you don’t have the functional technique gi, than what are you doing!

I’ve been training 5+ years and have used a ton of different Gi brands. These Gis are super comfortable, have a great fit, and I love that the pants have pockets and can easily be worn out with regular street clothes. The rash guards and hoodies are look great!
