Thrilled with the ticket they made for my nephew for a monster truck show. They definitely paid attention to what I'd requested and the result is fantastic, is high quality & was printed and delivered very quickly. Highly recommend!

Had a little issue with postal times during christmas period, turns out royal mail were the problem, customer service is top class, answered all my queries almost immediately, item arrived and was beautiful quality that surpassed my expectations, highly recommend and will be using again.

While the envelope and ticket quality was good, the design stage is completely lacking.

Whatever you write in the boxes is just copied and pasted onto the ticket, even if the message was clearly a note for the designer or just information and not meant to be literally put on the ticket one-for-one.

The tickets used as examples had pictures included, like Jurassic Park logo, but I guess mine didn't because I didn't specifically say? It just had big text. The guidance is just "Put as much information as possible", yet doesn't prompt you to give design choices. To me, "Information" just meant share details of the event so the designers can research it a bit.

Finally, weird choices on which parts of a section of text are massive. Like if the message is "Dinner & a show" the "&" symbol is huge but all the "Show" is tiny.

Overall, it looks okay, but it could have done with a mockup stage for feedback before it shipped, but mainly just more useful guidance of how what you put in the text boxes will be used.

You get what you pay for, £6.50 is good value. If rather have paid more and got a better service and design stage. Not even sure if I'll use it as part of a gift. 2/5

Just put the show i was going to see and they added a picture witch i wasn't expecting
