Extremely poor clothing received and false advertising. Dress was supposed to be cotton linen mix and ended up being100% polyester. They have failed to respond to a complaint. DO NOT BUy FROM THEM

Saw some beautiful-looking glasses on their website. Ordered what we thought was an octopus glass. When it arrived it was a cheap-looking bottle not a glass- nothing like the picture. Annoyed but our own fault for not checking the reviews before we ordered

The advertising is false & deceptive. Product was nothing as advertised. I could have bought the same item at Bunnings here in Australia for a 1/3 of the cost. Giving them one star was a stretch. Would NEVER EVER deal with this mob again. Con artists of the highest magnitude!! Katie

I ordered 3 items described on the website as linen and cotton. All three were labelled 100% polyester. One bore little other resemblance to the items on the website - both the colour and the pattern were different.
Like others commenting here, I have tried to complain but the “support” email bounces.

This company will not let you return defective items. Basically you are stuck with the misrepresented crap that they sell. Shame on you Folnko!!

I read the poor reviews and took a chance anyway so it's my own fault. The product was generally ok, but too big. followed their returns advice (email the company) and the emails are all being returned undeliverable.

I paid £60 + for 3 beautiful embroidered caps and 1 bra. They arrived today and were cheap printed caps, not embroidered at all, plus the colours are nothing like the soft colours shown. Scam company. Oh and not in USA as claim - in China of course. I bought the caps as gifts, but I can't give these tat caps. Avoid this scam company.

I ordered a dress advertised as being 38% linen and 62% cotton. It arrived 2 weeks later, looking like the advertised dress, but in a "jersey" type of material, which, on checking the label is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. So disappointed.

I ordered a couple of dresses from this online company in two different sizes as, being a new company, I wasn't sure which of the two would fit me best. Their website states returns can be made within 12 days of receipt, and sets out instructions for returning goods and an email address is stated in several places. Except my emails bounced back from that address. I checked it was correct etc, tried several times but all bounced back. So it seems goods cannot be returned. I write this review so others know that they won't be able to return anything despite what the folnko website says. And meanwhile I am stuck with two extra dresses that are too large for me!! and £60 out of pocket.
