Shady & Unreliable

A lot of the clothing's product descriptions regarding materials contents don't match the actual labels on the clothing, and many clothes don't even come with labels. I had one product from which the content label was cut off intentionally before it was shipped to me!

Their return policy is also unclear because, after requesting to make a return, they never provide an address to return products to then claim you don't qualify for a return because you never returned the product.

Also, several products that were said to be in stock on their website were actually unavailable, and they didn't tell me until after I placed my purchase. This makes them unreliable as a dropshipping supplier.

Very shady and untrustworthy! I definitely do not recommend this company. In fact, I'd say avoid them entirely!

Excellence.

Initially, I had some concerns about the customer experience, and occasionally, the products didn't entirely match their online images. However, my overall perspective has changed significantly. We now have several stores in partnership with them, and I can confidently say this is an excellent company for anyone looking to start their own business.

My experience with Fondmart.

I especially like Fondmart because have a Private Service Manager, and although the time difference sometimes delays solving urgent problems, I can't complain. Zona always helps me where she can and is always kind and patient even when I was a little abrupt, customer support can drive us a little crazy sometimes and I'm glad she's cold-blooded in those moments, this made me more comfortable and sure of solving possible future problems without so much despair.

I still think there are aspects to improve when it comes to processing times and product images. 7-15 days of processing is a long time and I understand that the products sold are inspired by others, but I think it is very important to present 100% real product images. Some stores use third-party images and do not show photos of the mannequin, and some that do show these photos show great differences between the original and the copied product. It would be better to feature real product photos on models and add important details like the level of transparency.

Regarding returns, I don't know if it would be possible to do something. Shipping freight to China can be more expensive than the clothes themselves and customers are not willing to pay that way, which has caused me problems and lowered my store rating.

Otherwise, I have nothing to add. Thanks to Fondmart for the services and especially to Zona for their patience and dedication!

After a year and a half of working with…The positive reviews are fake

After a year and a half of working with them, I finally ended my association with this company. They were good initially, but later on, my experience with them was only about incurring significant losses and tarnishing my store's reputation.

- Many products were not as described or shown in the pictures.
- Poor-quality products that were only suitable for one-time use (before washing, of course).
- Many orders did not reach the customers.
- Shipment tracking numbers could not be provided until after 5 business days.
- You may wait from 5 to 7 business days to receive the tracking number, only to find out that the quantity has run out despite it being listed in the thousands.

Heartfelt advice: The positive reviews are fake.

RUN! DO NOT USE YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED

Messed up on my very first 2 orders so I deleted them immediately. They allow manufacturers who won’t ship the products on their platform to sell and it’s so unfair to us who trusted fondmart. Zona said she kept calling the manufacturer but they wouldn’t pick up …..???? Very unprofessional and unorganized.

Can’t get in contact with no one

I really did like this website and was excited to use it my problem is you can’t get in contact with no one I sent serval email even text them on instagram and WhatsApp and still got no reply and it’s been weeks!!!!! Their company even sent me a email about there new product but yet have responded to me about the help I needed very disappointing as I was so excited to use there website :(
