Their Sales support team Mr. Shah N. is very reassuring and true their words, they provided the phone number of their delivery man so I can monitor them. My all in all journey of ordering online is very comfortable and at ease. When the package was delivered everything was good and in good condition. Update: fonezone replies and says give the order number is a scam too... Been more than 30 days and still no refund processed.
Btw, they are still selling the out of stock phone on their website.

This company is scamming customers with the return policy. No one responded for a month, despite nearly daily follow-ups.
I had to pay (150 AED) to the courier to ship it back to them and even after that, I received 58% of my payment which was refunded (Initially they said they would refund 85%). I lost around 650 AED for nothing!
