I have tried other meal prep services but am genuinely impressed by the quality of this offering. The food comes well packed, great portions and tastes like tasty home cooked food . Well done to those behind this .keep it up!

I’ve used Foodery for the last two weeks, and they are on a completely different level compared to other meal prep companies I’ve tried. The food is beyond delicious, packed with flavour, and actually enjoyable to eat every day. Most meal prep services I’ve had in the past have been bland and boring, but Foodery has completely changed that. The quality, taste, and consistency have all been excellent. Highly recommended.

I’ve been ordering from Foodery for a few weeks now. Between being really busy with my full time job, and catching a bad and lingering cold, Foodery has really come through to keep me well nourished and just save me so much time, money and energy with their delicious meals. Even after recovering from being unwell, I continued ordering with them, and they have been taking very good care of us during Ramadan. I have so much more time for worship and rest now, which is honestly priceless. The meals themselves are so flavourful, they feel like a really good home cooked meal, and the ultimate review has been my own mother recommending it to our friends and family - she really doesn’t get impressed easily by “ready meals”, but has echoed what I’ve said about it tasting home-made, rather than something which has the aftertaste of preservatives and chemicals. I also have multiple food allergies, and have to commend the team for their time and care, whenever I have called to enquire about the ingredients. This was the only reason I felt safe enough to order with them, and am very grateful to them for such wonderful customer service. Amazing company, amazing food, I’m so happy I found them when I did! May Allah bless this company abundantly.

I’ve ordered twice from foodery and whilst the food is okay I do think it can be better, e.g. having more pieces of meat in the biryanis, having more spice and flavour in their dishes.
I think the pricing should be more transparent, as I wasn’t aware the price after the promo period would go up.

Although I can see the appeal if you’re a busy person who doesn’t have the time to cook.

If in the future they add more variety and more spices/flavours to their dishes, then I might be tempted to try them again, but otherwise, it’s not for me.

Some of the lamb dishes are not tasty at all. I like the beef dishes better. There needs to be more variety on the menu

Good Tasty Food, Good portion size, Large and Regular... Regular is good size.. Large great for those who only eat once a day.. Good variety on offer and fairly priced... Only bug bear is They Don't Do Breakfast Options!!!

So when you're in a bind about what to serve up for dinner, simply place a Foodery order and enjoy? There's a great choice of meals to tantalise every taste bud!

I was genuinely pleased with both the packaging and food quality

Genuinely really great service. Currently trying out meal prep services as I’m in a particularly busy time in my life with some very important exams coming up. At first I tried a different service which is very popular and markets heavily on instagram etc and I wasn’t the biggest fan, cancelled after the second week.

Then I came across foodery off a random Reddit thread and it’s really been quite amazing. Only in my first week with them but this short period has given me the confidence in them to commit for the next few weeks until my schedule clears up (and maybe even after that honestly)

The main thing is the food is genuinely good. I’m not saying it’s good FOR a ready meal, I’m saying it’s good food that’s enjoyable and has plenty of flavour. All the meals I’ve tried so far have been great, no complaints at all.

Then moving onto the team behind Foodery, I can tell they’re honest, kind people and treat you with respect. Had a question for them when I first ordered if it would be possible to get my meals earlier than the Sunday 2 weeks from now as I had missed the Tuesday cutoff, and they were prompt in their response and happy to help me out.

In terms of the price, it is slightly more expensive than the other service I used, with a lesser introductory discount, but personally I’m happy to pay the difference as it’s really night and day the difference in quality and taste.

At the end of the day this is a “luxury” service and it all comes down to personal finances and weighing up your options. Of course it would be cheaper to meal prep your own meals, I’m well aware of that fact, however, personally, in this moment in my life I value the time I can save and put towards other things.

The food is a decent 6 or 7 out of 10. But the delivery drivers just leave the boxes at my door and don't ring the doorbell and leave. Also, they are always trying to increase the price in the most sneaky ways. First off the delivery cost is included. By week two or three all of a sudden you have to pay separately for the delivery. Meals start off at around £6, but very soon they start putting the prices up to £8 plus. Once you cancel they send you offers for another 2 or 3 weeks discount. But every week you're fighting to keep the prices down. Total waste of time. Then I started ordering from Simmer Eats, and they do exactly the same thing. Very poor business practice.

Finally a meal prep company that make the food taste good

I ordered the firecracker rice but received the butter chicken rice instead. Disappointed that I got the wrong order. Will not be ordering again

I had some halal ready-made meals delivered to my home and I’m really happy with them. The food tasted great, I had a variety to choose from and was easy to heat, and arrived well packaged. Very convenient and good quality — I’d definitely order again.

Foodery made it clear this wasn’t just another meal prep service. Six meals were ordered, and every single one delivered high quality, full of flavour, and clearly made with care.

The Beef Pasta deserves special mention. It was simply sensational. Rich, deeply savoury, and perfectly balanced, with tender beef and a sauce that actually clung to the pasta instead of pooling lifelessly at the bottom. Every bite felt deliberate and satisfying. This wasn’t food you tolerate for convenience but food you genuinely looked forward to eating.

Across all six meals, the standard never dropped. The poultry was excellent! Fresh, well cooked, and noticeably better quality than what you typically get from meal prep services.

Flavours were bold without feeling heavy, clean without being bland. It’s the kind of food that reassures you immediately that your money has been well spent.
By comparison, Simmer Eats was a letdown. The meals tasted dull and soggy, with flavours that never quite showed up. Everything blurred together into the same uninspiring experience, lacking both texture and depth. Eating it felt less like a choice and more like settling. Time passed, money was spent, and very little enjoyment came of it.

Foodery, on the other hand, gets it right. Freshness, flavour, ingredient quality, and consistency all hit perfectly. This is meal prep that respects the customer and delivers on its promise.

If you’re deciding where to spend your money, the contrast couldn’t be clearer.
