My cleats came, the new lamine yamal heart breaker. Came with everything the baggy extra insoles. Definitely would recommend. And shipping is actually pretty good, takes about like a week or less.

Warning DO NOT Buy from here!
Their customer service communication is less than stellar since they take forever to actually ship your item once it’s ordered and then when you do receive your order, the shoes don’t fit because they’re sizing chart is wrong, even though it is factually been proven to them that the sizes they sent do not fit they continue to send lies in the forms of emails stating that I don’t know my own shoe size and neither do the two other people that I ordered for! Sadly, I paid for shipping to receive them and now I’m paying for shipping to return them. Never again.

Would not recommend: non-existent customer service

I did exactly as Foot Store requested and contacted them at their spacefoot email address. No reply to my email whatsoever. So, no more responsive from that address than they have been to emails sent to their foot-store.co.uk address. Can only conclude that they have absolutely no interest in customer service and that their talk of "so that we can find a solution" is nothing but an empty platitude. Once they've got your money, that's it for them.
As a result, I now upgrade my recommendation to steering clear of this company completely, not only if you are buying something that may need to be changed for a different size.

I bought a pair of shorts. Delivery was fine and the item was as described. However, I was between sizes, and when the shorts arrived it was clear I needed large rather than medium. It’s at this point that Foot-Store let themselves down.
Their website offers instructions only for “returns”, but I wanted to exchange for a larger size rather than merely return for a refund. I’ve written to customer services twice by email to enquire about the process for making an exchange. I have received no reply to either of those emails (I sent my emails as a reply to their confirmation-of-order email, which comes from the same address as they list for their customer services, so I know for certain that the address was correct).
I also contacted them via their contact form on the website. Again, no response at all.
In other words, there is zero customer service. Simply not good enough for a online retailer in 2025. I would not buy from them again and would recommend to anyone else to avoid using them if the item being purchased is something that may need to be exchanged for a different size.
