Hubo un error en la comunicación para la compra de un boleto, habían cambiado de lugar. Finalmente logré ver parte del partido al arribar al estadio. Sin embargo, Guilherme quien fue quien me atendió, inmediatamente tomó cartas en el asunto y me compensó con otro partido, el cual fue otra experiencia súper agradable. La compañía tomó responsabilidad y resolvió, con garantía total de satisfacción al cliente. Razón por la cual volvería a comprar boletos con ustedes y más si todos sus asociados resuelven con Guilherme.

Desde o início, fomos atendidos com muita atenção, organização e profissionalismo, sempre priorizando a segurança e o conforto do grupo durante todo o trajeto até o estádio do Maracanã para assistir ao jogo entre Flamengo e Palmeiras.
A van utilizada estava em excelentes condições, extremamente limpa, confortável e muito bem cuidada, proporcionando uma viagem tranquila e agradável. Não precisamos nos preocupar com absolutamente nada — apenas sentar, aproveitar o passeio e curtir o jogo com total tranquilidade.

I purchased two tickets for the…
I purchased two tickets for the Flamengo vs. Vasco da Gama match as a surprise for my wife — only to discover she had already bought tickets for us through her Brazilian producer with the same intention. I contacted the company just 17 minutes after my purchase to explain the situation to my customer service representative, Ana, who initially assumed there had been a duplicate transaction on their end and offered to cancel one order. However, once they confirmed that only one transaction existed on my side, they reversed their position and refused to process the cancellation, citing the following policy: "I'm sorry, but once the purchase has been registered, the tickets are reserved. As the event is so close, we are unable to process a cancellation."
This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I feel compelled to share this experience. Refusing to cancel a purchase made less than 17 minutes prior — under clearly exceptional and verifiable circumstances — is, in my view, taking advantage of the customer. This is particularly disappointing for a company that charges three times the face value of the tickets and should therefore be held to the highest standards of service in the hospitality and ticketing industry.
Buyer beware.
Update after the game:
"After the game, the crew was great and extremely helpful in accommodating every request — from changing the pick-up location to welcoming us at the stadium and taking us back to the hotel. They even came to check on us during half time, so I honestly cannot complain about the service at all. Thank you!"

Easy and trustworthy
We've had a great and smooth experience, from ticket purchase to matchday itself. I was contacted within 10 minutes of the online purchase, with follow-up details and important things to know for the matchday which was reassuring about the entire process.
Our guide Marcelo was a great matchday host. He showed us around the stadium before the game, and gave us all the info we needed to navigate the stadium. All that remained for us was enjoying the atmosphere and the game itself.
