I absolutely love the products I use, have been using since 2017. However, I have never, ever encountered the consistently most lackadaisical staff, in my life. I travel to India twice a year and every store I have purchased from, the staff have been unhelpful, disinterested, unfriendly - be it at airports or stores. Yesterday I entered the Forest Essentials store at Khan Market in Delhi. There was one customer in the store being served, with two staff members standing idly. No one came to serve me, and a couple of minutes after I entered the store an Indian couple came in. Two staff members charged past me to the couple, totally ignoring me. I walked out of the store disgusted. As much as I love this brand, I'm no longer going to purchase anything from this company. It's a disgrace to be treated by staff who have absolutely no manners.

I am a Platinium customer of forest essentials bought two foundation bottles the expiry date says 2024 and both have become thick and cakey I wonder why bought it from mumbai store in Bandra!!
I live in dubai so I went to the store in dubai at the dubai hills mall but they said they will not be able to help as the management is not the same . I wrote a message to the customer service on the number given on the bottle but there is no response .
I think I will not be indulging in buying anything from forest essentials as their customer service is not good at all we spend so much money and they sell such products and don’t even bother to response very disappointing and frustrating !!
I hope they acknowledge their mistake and compensate the same !!

Pls read the ingredients before buying them, they are not Authentic ayurvedic products, nor are they natural and organic. The company is actually Owned by Estee Lauder, I unwittingly bought their night balm without checking the ingredients first, the first ingredient in Aluminium starch!

Please do not buy the products here. Especially the night cream, after 4 days of using this I got dermatitis and it was painful. Thankfully after using e45 it had healed and the peeled skin flaked off. I had complained massively and had to go back into the Covent garden store to get my refund. In fairness the customer service line did immediately offer that, but when I went to the store they tried to convince me to buy something else instead. I looked at them as though they were crazy and just got my refund and left. The worst was after selling it as "all natural" products they then stated in the shop "mam you should not have used it under your eyes", if its natural then why not? This is a scam and they charge so much for it. As most customers commented they definitely do a hard sell at the stores. I don't want anyone else to get fooled like this hense thought I would give my review too.

I simply love their products! They are pure and genuine products usually quite mild, but effective on the skin.

Hard sell - tried to get my money back as sold as all natural and felt misled - in terms of being organic ingredients please check the ingredients. I was struggling to get my money back due to an ingredient I was not happy to see on one of the products and very reluctantly it was given back to me. All that glitters is not gold - the media hype, press coverage and stylish looking shop pushes you into a false sense of reality.

I was in the branch in Covent Garden at the wknd. I have never had such a bad experience in a shop in my life. It was extremely hard sell. You could not browse round the shop in peace without one of the staff coming up to you and trying to force products on you and then following me round the shop. The Doctor in the shop asked the younger girl to run products through the till before I’d even said I wanted to buy them! This very hard sell tactic may work on some people, but it does the opposite to me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and could not wait to get out of the shop. I will not be returning! I love Ayurveda but not here!

The customer service at Forest Essentials (Ambience Mall and DLF, Vasant Kunj) is absolutely ridiculous.

I would ask my family and friends NOT to buy any gift boxes from these guys. They refused to return the box one day after purchase even though the box was sealed. On asking for written policy, they refused to provide it, because they DO NOT have any such return policy in their terms and conditions.

We were told that this CAN be exchanged at DLF and the Ambience branch straight out denied it.

Absolutely no respect for someone’s time and patience.

I was a regular customer and I can assure them that I won’t ever purchase anything from them again. They need to realise that they aren’t the only ones in the market :)

I think Forest Essentials is an over hyped over rated brand with a very poor customer service team. There is a chat facility available and the CSR's are never available. They have given phone numbers but there is no one to attend the call. One of the worst experiences I have had.

I must say it is one of the luxurious brand in the beauty market. Their products are also filled with so many ayurvedic herbs. They even use to prepare their products by using some old traditional ways to provide the best quality & impacts. Thanks a lot forest essentials.
